Opened in a spot that used to be a Coco's the new facility is very nice, roomy and bright. Just enough big screens for view anyplace in the restaurant. And the management is working hard with a crew that wants to give you the best quality service. That goes for food, choices and games all with smiles.

Great food, the chicken is hot and made to order… My daughter loves the arcade games; which gives that feel when I was a kid and my parents took me to Shakeys growing up. The Manager Gary is always polite and accommodating. My order was slightly incorrect and he didn’t hesitate to change it; in addition added more items as a courtesy. The pizza is pippin hot. They maybe a little short staff due to the pandemic (employment) - overall, it’s family oriented and I will return .

Pizza was amazing and so was service. Mojos are amazingly delicious and a must-have. Wings were also very good. Arcade was simple but good fun. Overall a great time. 9.5/10.
Not busy on Saturday lunch time, so no wait and plenty of tables. This particular location is super clean, well organized and the staff is friendly. Definitely nicer than most other Shakey's locations.
All staff was super friendly. They really made you feel at home, like important guests that they had over. :) Food was great, the pizza crust was perfect. It's been awhile experiencing good service. Not because you have to, but because you want to.
This location is better than the new one on PCH. The workers are great, friendly, funny & helpful. Great pizza, beer, and mojo potatoes. I hosted my son's 2nd bday here, reserved a cozy nook spot. They even kept the the bday cake safe in their fridge until we were ready, and provided cake cutting tool.
