Wow! My wife and I met my daughter there for lunch. We area all from out of town (San Diego) and were hoping it would be a good place to eat. It was way more than good!
The food was great (fresh beans and rice made that morning) and the service was very warm and friendly. My wife had two crispy tacos (crispy done right! ), my daughter had the Burrito Grande (huge! ) and I had a Carnitas Chimichanga from the singles selection. Delicious!
Being from San Diego, we know good Mexican food and this is the real deal, folks. When the owner found out we were from out of town and it was our first time there, she brought over a dish of deep fried ice cream on the house. Talk about friendly service! We sat there for a couple of hours just catching up and we never felt rushed or unwelcome.
I highly recommend Sonia's and will definitely return someday!
Awesome place. Great food. Great staff. Nice selection of craft beer. Excellent ambiance. Great crowd most nights. Definitely one of my go to places whether its to eat or hit the bar. Keep up the good work guys

I was invited to a birthday party at Sonia's recently. We had so much fun, drinks, food and lots of old time neighborhood atmosphere. Owners were welcoming and I would highly recommend this little jewel to all.
Yeahhh, Sonja's in Tracy is finally open. They have the Best Mexican food in Tracy. The Enchiladas are delicious and the Garlic Shrimp is to die for. The red sauce is great and I normally don't like red sauce.

Very nice restaurant and bar. We had a party for my daughter and they went beyond our expectations. The owner is the best and very friendly.

I have been there 5 times in the last month. Alone when my husband was in hospital and with him now that he is out. Comfortable alone as well as a couple. The food is the BEST! atmosphere and servers, second to none! Recomend it to anyone
