Stopped by Trinidad for some pizza on my way and was not disappointed. The place was packed with folks for dine in and the wait times were long for a whole pie. AMAZING! Hands down best pizza I've ever had. There was a wait time for a full pie so we all just got the 2 slices and a beer special, it was quick and delicious 😋 we went back for another slice. The staff was great, and made you feel very welcomed. Highly recommend 👌
Fresh pizza, a little bit too spicy for me. The kids loved the pineapple bacon, so we ordered half and half! My only negative is that they didn't have ice! So the soda was a bit warm.
Make sure to call ahead and place your order. Their thing crust is delicious but the gluten free option was not our favorite. Solid flavors and ingredients - one star knocked for our Wookie crust being burnt on the bottom.
