Amazing food! Very friendly staff. If you're ever running through Trinidad I definitely recommend you come to this place. I got the Chili Burger which had the option to have red or green chili around the burger and then fries on top. It may sound gross but it really was amazing. It had good flavor and had a little bit of kick. I also got one of their pies which tasted homemade which gave it a really good flavor. I got pumpkin btw.

Was on my way back to Texas from Colorado city and stopped by this place for breakfast. Its a really nice hidden gem! The food was amazing and large portions with reasonable price tags. We also had some very great service! If you find yourself in the area I highly recommend the breakfast!
What a find! A small business with delicious food (amazing homemade green chili) and the best of customer service. Jessica waited on our table.
What a personality! She was so fun and kind. We noticed as we ate our breakfast, that she knew almost everyone that she served. Would definitely go back when we travel that direction again.
Bob and Earl's is the place to go to satisfy your comfort-food cravings for a fair price. The ingredients are better than expected--I'm pretty sure the fries were cut in house and the salsa was definitely homemade. The portions are generous, so come when you're hungry! I was too full to try the homemade pie today--I'll plan better next time.
Friendly staff fastest service ever! Small-town family restaurant with great food that feels like it was cooked at home. So if you have not tried it or have tried Bob and Earl's cafe stop in ASAP!
