We love No Anchovies. The employees and vibe are very upbeat and friendly. But it's the slices of pizza that are so awesome. At any one time, there are probably 10 varieties of pizza available by the slice. My favorites are a potato pizza and the mac & cheese pizza. (Can you say carb lover?) Their buffalo chicken pizza is also a winner. Actually I wouldn't hesitate to order any flavor because I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Upstairs they have a game area (darts, pool table, etc) and we enjoyed that during the summer when it was too hot to sit on the patio. Most of the time the patio is just perfect though.

No Anchovies is a great place to hang out, eat, chill, and practice martial arts before you are called upon to save the city from an evil witch and her underlings that live on the moon.

First time here. We stopped around 10pm on a Wed night for a quick slice after concert downtown. Pizza was great, slices are BIG. We ordered 2 multi-meat slices, and 2 pepperoni. This operation (at least late at night - I imagine they make pies individually if you order a whole pie) has pies pre-cooked, and they crisp them up when ordered. Service was super fast, the staff were super friendly. Really big place with lots of seating inside and out. We chose outside as the night was really pleasant and cool. We chose benches overlooking the street out front, and were treated with lots of people watching of students returning to their housing after an evening of libations. Things down here have changed a LOT since I attended the U of A back in the late 80's. Looks like some things changed for the BETTER!

Had the mushroom pizza slice and it was yummy! Bathrooms are funny because they have mirrors on the inside of the stall... strange but okay 😂

This is one of Tucson's best places to grab a slice. Great crust and they always have a great selection of slice pies to choose from. You may even encounter a seasonal pie on rotation with unique toppings. Not feeling pizza? (Are you okay? you should see someone about that.) Then try the loaded tots. This is a perfect stop before a U of A game (walking distance from main campus), and can also be a fun place to watch a game too. Features a full bar with a good tap selection. Lots of seating making it good for groups. It can get loud, but it's never made for a bad experience. Many reviews list limited parking/difficult to park here as a negative, but you're going to have to park and walk a few blocks for anything in Main Gate Square. Just plan for it. Or don't and leave more pizza for those willing to make the effort.

I've been coming here since 2007. Such great pizza. Honestly some of the best I've had in AZ. Reminds me of the pizza places in New York. I mean, it's no Joe's Pizza, but the cheese to sauce ratio and flavor reminds me of Joe's! Add the great beer on tap, and it's almost better... You can't ever go wrong with the simple pepperoni, but my other favorites are the Buffalo chicken and a new pepperoni-sausage-salami with chili oil!!! Salads are also always phenomenal. Wish they had one up here in Mesa! But we honestly drive down just to have lunch here. I need to take better pictures next time!

Atmosphere can be a little wild but it's still very fun. The pizza for sure is a hidden gem. Don't sleep on the Classic Combo . Always cooked to perfection. All the flavors come together. Thank u 💓

Super tasty by the slice pizza place with a solid bar and jamming fun classic rock. I feel like I would have lived here if I went to U of A.

It was good pizza, in the fun University area of UofA. Basic and not very expensive. Nice upstairs could be great for a private party. VictorB

I always hate when ads for food never live up to the presentation… this definitely did! Amazed even with delivery when I opened the box I was excited because I knew it was going to taste incredible. I’ll have to go in and dine to try it even fresher. Outstanding place for sure. This was my first time trying this place and I will definitely order again.

This is probably some of the better pizza in the Tucson area. The slice sizes are pretty good. The crust and the sauce is spot on. It is a little bit expensive though I felt but not overly pricey. If you're looking for a good slice and a beer, I'd suggest checking this place out

Good pizza joint. No frills and pretty much self service. Order at the counter for your pizza and then at the bar for your drink. Good selection of whole pies and slices. College hangout but a favorite for all ages.

We selected No anchovies as the place to celebrate and wind down from another long year of teaching and raising up students at San Miguel HS. Since our graduation was at Centennial Hall at the University of Arizona, No Anchovies was just down the way. We were blessed with the opportunity to reserve part of the second floor, and dine on some of the best pizza and wings I have had in a while. The staff was super friendly; they took great care of our dining and drinking needs. They even welcomed us on the flat screen televisions using our logos and school name. We just might need to make it a tradition each year. Thank you No Anchovies for your wonderful accommodations and hosting our hard working faculty/staff!
