Hit or Miss. I have enjoyed most dine in experiences here. The food is good and hot and the staff is friendly. However, the delivery is hit or miss. Note: $15.00 minimum that they don't tell you about on the website or on the phone until you've already ordered. One delivery I received was amazing, today's was less than great. Crab puffs were room temperature and came with no dipping sauce (sweet and sour) nor was there any soy sauce or any other condiment in the bag... or utensils....not even a napkin. The food was good as always but it wasn't very hot. I am less than a mile away from the store but it took 45 minutes to get my order.
I think it's safe to say dine-in is way better.
Great lunch, so-so dinner. Their lunch is great! It's the kind where you pick a 1,2 or 3 item plate with rice or noodles. They have soup, crab puffs and egg rolls you can add to your meal. This is 10 steps above Panda Express, for sure. Once you eat here, you won't want to go back to Panda Express.
They seem to move out the food quickly because even though it's in those hot bins, it never tastes old or soggy. The workers are always friendly and quick. The atmosphere is nice and the place is clean.
We only had dinner there once and were a bit disappointed, so we'll stick to lunch.
Went in yesterday for the first time for take out lunch. I asked about gluten-free options and several very friendly staff members helped me. I ordered Singapore Rice Noodles, which I've had at many other places. It was ready super fast, delivered with a giant smile and IT WAS THE BEST THING I'VE EVER EATEN IN ANY CHINESE RESTAURANT! I'm completely addicted!

Yummy menu. Chopstix is a clean, friendly, delicious dining experience.my 16 year old says the orange chicken is so tender it melts in your mouth , Id have to agree, and I think you will too
First time and definitely will not my last! Warm, friendly and thoughtful staff. Food smells yummy, is delicious as well as very appealing to the eyes. Recommending the walnut Shrimp for sure!
Diane and I have been eating here for years. We love the food. But we always get take out so eating in was a first for us. WOW!
We ordered our regular fare, Mongolian Beef, Sesame Chicken, Pork Fried Rice, and added treats like Shrimp Tempura and Egg Rolls. It's cold out, so we both got hot green tea.
With our bellies warming with the very hot tea, the food came out in a rush and stove hot. The egg rolls were excellent, which is a change from our takeout fare because, by the time I get home, they are greasy. Not so now!
The shrimp was tasty and crisp. As soon as we dove into one plate, anther was coming out. Everything was so good, hot and crispy. My favorite is the Mongolian Beef. I think it's the best in Tucson. The sauce is spicy but not so that it burns now or later. Diane noticed that the batter coating on the chicken was very crisp, a feature that we never experienced with take out. I think it's because the coating cools and becomes wet with condensation, softening it.
The wait staff was very attentive and ready to fulfill our every need. At the end of our dinner, one of the cooks even came out to inquire about our satisfaction with the meal.
This was a feast and certain to be offered as leftovers, which we will relish.
This was an eye opener in that our take out habit was compromising the quality of our favorite Oriental food. It was a treat to enjoy the full nature of Chop Stixs' kitchen. If you do take out from here, make the effort to eat in once to see what you may be missing. Now I know, and it was worth it.
Expect to pay $20 per person. Friendly. Nice Tasty Hot Food. No harassing waitresses. Nice atmosphere, although I thought they could have had their chandelier at the front entrance cleaned, its so nice but clearly needed it, but it had no bearing on the workers, service or food which were all excellent. Will visit more often with friends and family.
Food (daily special) was very good, served fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Seemed perhaps it had been reheated in a microwave? If it was, it did not affect the quality. Half of the massive dining room is used for dry storage, which looks awkward and a bit haphazard. Screening it better would create a better ambiance?
Nice clean quiet place. Lots of amazing selection in food that also taste very delicious! Big portions too so it could be shared if you eat normal portion sizes.
Pretty typical Asian place. It was exactly what I expected. The best part of the evening was when one of our party asked a different server for some water. She gave him a hard time that was all in good fun. Very confident in herself and very entertaining.
One of our go to places for asian food. Definitely enjoy their soups, ramen type dishes..fresh ingredients, tasty dishes, kind of off the beaten path so its usually almost empty when we go..definitely worth the drive, very friendly and helpful staff
Good service, good food. Waitress was very friendly and attentive.
The food is amazing and the owners are really nice. If you want to try authentic Chinese food, this is the place.
The food was good. However I did not like that there are no free refills on soft drinks. Sriracha sauce is an extra $1.00?! The silverware was the cheapo plastic kind. They were out of chop sticks and half of the restaurant is full of boxes. Atmosphere needs a little work. Overall it was good.
The best Shrimp Fried rice in town!!

The food is always good. To add to a nice environment, the servers there are always nice and pleasant. I so appreciate them being so mindful when I order something from the menu that takes time. I don't mind because rushed food is not always good. So they are kind enough to make sure I'm ok & and the wait is not bothersome.
We ordered take out, and they were on time and polite. The box they put the food in was nice and organized and had everything we needed. We ordered the half duck plate and the chicken with scallions and black bean sauce. It was amazing! I'm not a duck fan but I loved theirs. It was tender and moist with lots of flavor and a perfectly crisp skin. The chicken and scallions were cooked perfectly as well, the chicken was tender and moist, and the sauce was the bomb, it also had freshly chopped vegetables that added a delicious crunch. The white and fried rice was good too. We were regulars at another local Chinese restaurant but I think we're switching to Chopstix. The prices are better here and it's less than 10 minutes away. We will definitely be coming back!
My husband and I moved here a little over 2 years ago. Many people have referred us to what considered to be the perfect Asian restaurant, they were wrong. We tried Chopstix for the first about a month ago. It's the best Asian food we have found in the Tucson area. Usually my husband has left overs, since eating at Chopstix he no longer has left overs. Really good food.
