Fantastic service and absolutely delicious food! Everything was cooked and spiced to perfection. You can tell based on the effort that goes into the meals and dining experience that the atmosphere is authentic Mediterranean. It is one of the best places I've tried in Tucson, and I've lived here for 17 years and tried a lot of different Mediterranean resteraunts. I will definitely be eating here again. Try the coffee and tea!!
Great food, especially for the price! Outstanding Iranian bread (it's like a cross between a tortilla and pita). You will not be disappointed!
Plus they are nice people- this is one of the local gems Tucson is known for- great family owned place with great food for a reasonable price.
Don't let racist bigots win, support this wonderful resturant.
The lamb shank here was so good!! The owner/staff there was really friendly and helpful. The grocery section was nice, too. They have some harder-to-find items in Tucson. Definitely plan to come back :)
Good food for good prices. Maybe it was just the time of the evening we went but the service felt somewhat disjointed. Our food came out quickly; both the chicken and beef Shawarma were tasty but thought it was odd to serve hot meats on cold hummus.
I have tried a few dishes, and they all have been very tasty. Most dishes come with a side of hummus, some pita-looking bread, and the yellow lemon-ish rice-looking thing (I think its rice, idk). Ordering is a bit awkward, cuz you just walk in, grab a menu, and sit on the restaurant side of the store. Food might take a bit long, but trust me, nothing tastes frozen or reheated. The food is very good and full of flavor. I now go once every week.
Man was this a shocking surprise. It is in a shopping center area next to Tucson Mall.
Nice looking inside with a small packed grocery off to the right.
Menu is very clean and clear and offers a nice range of selections.
After a short study I made my choice. I started with humus and baba ghanoush both were very, very good. The egg plant was the best ever.
I got a couple of Falafel to try wowzer - crunchy, crisp with wonderful spices that blended really well. I dolloped some humus on them for fun.
My main meal was a meat combo Chicken Shwarma - oh my ggggggosh, so super delicious. I loved the wild range of spices - an wonderful combination.
The beef was extremely delicious as well.
I really enjoyed the Bhaklava - obviously made there. Had a nice ground pistachios on top.
This the best Arabic food I have ever eaten ... here or LA. I tried a couple of other places in Tucson but this one outshines all the rest.
I will be back.
Their food tastes real good. The downfall is that it's in a supermarket. Not a lot of people go eat here. The employees are nice. Price is good.
We get delivery from here pretty often. Very polite staff and lovely people. Good food too.
