Update: The manager called me and made things right. Back on my top list of regular places to eat. Glad they were able to give me a good resolution. Very professional and courteous. Will be coming back soon.

Steak and cheese sub. Ella was nice enough to suggest she could put marinara sauce on it for me. Then they even cut up my pickle and put it ON MY SANDWICH! OKAAAAY!
First time customer, ordered online with ease, order was literally waiting on me. The crew was pleasant and friendly. My steak sub was amazing, had to take a short break halfway through. I ordered the large, and it was.

Wow! So first off the service was amazing! Super friendly staff! Second, the food was excellent! It is better than just another bar or pub! Great kitchen! Finally, the beer selection is awesome! Really a great place for friends and family! We will be back!
Meatball Sub was good! Wife really loved her Hook and Ladder sub. Pretty quiet location. Staff is friendly and the overall experience is good.
Food was good and service was quick. One star off due to them not labeling any of the 14 sandwich containers in our order.

Love this place! Went again today after being away for a while and Aaron was super helpful, walked is through our questions and the app and it was, yet again, a fantastic firehouse experience. Love these guys
The big Brown man was (not Aaron) was absolutely delightful. The tall white man was saying odd things. He made references i didnt understand they were kinda imo stupid(shrugs in contempt). The only green eyed white woman there was very energetic and said alot of "funny things". She was mid.
