Lot's of good carbs and sugars here. I like the prices of all the baked stuff. The girl working was very nice and let me take pics for maps. She also told me where to find onion bagels and ya know what? She was right, there, in a different store right where she said they'd be. Come on in a take a look around. I got some Dave's bagels and some fruit pies and like this bakery outlet. It's a keeper
Amazing prices and an awesome family management. Free loaf from the manager’s special rack for every $7, and a punch card special of four loaves when you fill it!
I buy my Dave’s bread there. I also get my spouse his fruit turnovers. I’ve always found them to be very nice. 👍🏽
Friendly People good prices. 👍
I really like their David's Killer Organic bread. You can get them at $2 a loaf compared with around $5 at local stores. The raisin one is a bit more expensive but still at a fraction of the cost else where. You can get a free loaf if you spend above a certain amount. The last time I was there I was given a free loaf since I spent $6.30, not sure the minimum amount though.
This it a little out of the mainstream but if you're looking to save on staples breads, pastries, and such, this is the place. We are buying brand name breads and buns for a fraction of the price you're going to pay retail, and no, they are not stale and moldy.
HINT: if you want your bread to stay fresh and mold free on the counter for up to six months, do this....
Take the metal twist tie of the bread wrapper off and use a plastic clip to seal the bag. Put the bagged loaf in the microwave for one munute. The bag won't burst or melt. Let it cool on the counter.. We put the Daye on the bag to see how long it lasts..
Three rules:1 don't take bread out and put it back in. That introduces mold.
2 close the the bag as soon as possible, don't leave it open to the air.
3 don't damage the bag, a hole will allow mold spores in.
I have had bread last up to nine months on the counter, but that was an experiment.
I go there about once a month, too pick nature own whole grain for .99$ a loaf. Walmart, Fry's and Safeway , you have to pay from 2.69 to 3.99 a loaf,so where would you go????
I work at the warehouse, they distribute the bread here from Phoenix. There is a discount thrift store for baked goods also.
If you spend so much you get a free loaf of bread! Daves bread is so good and it's 2 for $6.00.
