One of our favorite restaurants in Tulsa. We always start with the baked brie and green apples. My favorite meal is the Taste of the Midlands with HP Brown sauce and mushy peas- it is the best! My husband and kids have tried almost everything on the menu and have never had a bad meal. When we have friends in town, particularly from overseas, the White Lion is one of the first places we take them. Love the staff - best to go on a Monday or Tuesday night, when they aren't super busy. You'll get a great chat along with a great meal.

The cozy pub brings you back to England, with its authentic decor and at home atmosphere. You step in the front door and feel like you walked into someone's personal pub, the staff is very friendly with a thorough knowledge of the menu and drinks. The food is all personal recipes, and home cooked, hearty pub food. Great place to kick back, relax, and grab a pint for some lovely evening chat or celebration.

Visited the White Lion for an anniversary date night with my feller. Had the sausage rolls for starter with Coleman's mustard and HP sauce. For the entrée he had the Taste of the Midlands, I had the Devonshire. Dessert: he had the triple chocolate cake, I had the Razzle raspberry and blackberry pie with cream over top. Oh. My. Heavens! It is fantastic!! Highly recommend this place. If we lived in Tulsa, it would be a regular stop for us. Everything was great, the service was great.

Very cool place with a laid back atmosphere unlike any other in Tulsa. Baked Brie was amazing and the food was delicious. Brown bitter beers were tasty. Definitely going to make this a regular stop. Go there if you have never been. Order the Brie. You’re welcome.

The White Lion is an authentic Liverpool pub, with a legendary atmosphere and ambiance. The food is delicious and the pints are cold. So get in there and let Mum Betty treat to a great experience like across the pond. Cheers!

Loved the Bangers and Mash and the cheese platter for a lighter dish or appetizer.

Haven't been in 7 years but grew up coming here. The place feels and looks the same. The refreshing harp on tap just seems to taste sweeter here. They must have the lines running across the pond connected to the brewery!! Fish and chips were solid. Very crispy batter. The 3 layer chocolate cake was so soft and delicious.

I wanted a Guinness in Tulsa, and I picked the right spot. This little pub is such a treasure, and I’ve never been to one quite like it. Everyone was very friendly, and the food was excellent. My only regret is that I don’t live close enough to go everyday. But I’ll be back as soon I make another trip to Tulsa.

This is such an authentic British pub. You have to go see them! I loved all the memorabilia they have, even a letter from the Queen! The food is exactly what you'd get in England. It's a 6 out of 5!

Excellent British pub right in Tulsa. The fish and chips reminded me of London. Even the mushy peas were authentic. Nice selection of UK brews. The owner was there and she asked the few people to come and join her at her table. She was great! One of the best dinning experiences I've ever had. I'll go back every time I get back to Tulsa.

Loved the aesthetic! The waitress was just lovely helping my daughter and I figure out what to choose! My daughter loved the hard cider she suggested! We tried several dishes, but my favorite was the fish and chips with mushy peas! If you have a chance, you should stop in! We are definitely glad we did!

I love this place soooo much! Being from the uk, the atmosphere when walking in reminded me of being Back home. The staff are super friendly, especially the owners Peter and Linda. The food really hit the spot, It’s tough finding anything authentic, especially being in the Midwest / southern states. Everything is homemade, including the brown bitter (beer). Whether you’re British or not, I encourage you to try the white lion because it’s super unique! It was really weird stepping outside leaving because I forgot I was in Oklahoma 😆 Will be back for sure!

A hidden gem not just of Tulsa, but of all Oklahoma. A cosy and inviting atmosphere will make you feel right at home; with an excellent selection of brews and proper food from across the pond, the lovely couple that runs this pub offer service that is second to none- they have, in my experience always personally come by and asked if the food is to your liking and to chat. If you are looking for good, homemade food, a couple of pints, and old world charm you would be remiss to give the White Lion a miss. Cheers!

An amazing pub! For my first visit, I went straight for the fish and chips. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if it came out on newspaper. The chips were very authentic. I was glad Inwas served regular fries. I love peas and there pea side dish was delicious and the lack of salt really let the pea flavor stand out. For dessert, Strawberry rhubarb with fresh cream. Everything tasted wonderful and the malt vinegar and special tartar sauce were just right and not overpowering or used as a cover up. The rhubarb pie was a perfect way to finish the meal. It was warm, delicious, and the sweetness came only from the fruit. Definitely going back! Cheers and see you on the trail!

Happened upon this gem during out Tulsa visit. Not only did we enjoy the food (Cottage Pie) and the beverages (HARP and Brown Bitter), but we also enjoyed sitting and talking to the owner Peter. Do not pass on desert..... the warm Chocolate cake with fudge drizzle was delicious. If you are lucky, you might meet up with the Queen during your visit.

Wonderful experience of a true British family-run pub. Consistently good, authentic English cuisine. Save room for the chocolate cake... it's to die for.

I hope this place never goes away. There’s something about a family owned restaurant, serving authentic food that you just can’t replace. Everyone there is so extremely friendly and helpful, and all they want you to do is have a good time and eat their food, which I will be willing to do over and over again 😊

This is as close to an authentic British pub that you'll find in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The atmosphere is a very funky British with a plethora of British memorabilia in an old English style house. The food was hot, hearty, and traditional British. I had the Devonshire; a chicken and mushroom pie in white wine sauce. The crust was very flaky and tender. If you ask, one of the owners will give you a tour of the house and some background on some of the more notable features and decorations.

While I can’t speak on the food yet, the service, atmosphere, and drinks are immaculate. Perfect way to end a night out at Tulsa.

Really love this place, you really get the British pub vibe. The owner clowned me stating "you come here and buy a cheeseburger you must really be an American." Great atmosphere and great service!

This is by far the best British pub in Tulsa. The decor is spot on for an English pub and the food and drinks are delicious. The owners are from Liverpool and have fun stories and accents from Liverpool. They are big Liverpool Football fans so expect some fun posters and frames from their team. When you’re here you have to visit the “Churchill Room” to the right when you walk in. This is a great place!

Great service, awesome environment, and delicious food. We ordered fish and chips, and a beefeater (burger). The fish and burger were amazing! One caveat: the chips (potatoes) were undercooked, and unseasoned. Salting them wasn't an issue, but they were still green and very...al dente. Maybe order a salad, instead.

We really enjoyed this little pub! The food was like something I would enjoy in a home in London or what locals made for me in New Zealand! Not only that but the staff was so friendly. If you want authentic, British pub food in a cozy environment, this is your place!

Lovely little spot. The fish and chips with mushy peas brought me back to England. I've been looking for a good local place for fish and chips and this will be my go to spot when I have a craving for it. I also loved the strawberry rhubarb pie served in a dish with cream. It reminded me of my childhood. I grew up eating rhubarb all summer long and my mom would pour cream over our desserts. They even have an English sized parking lot 😊.
