Went here on a suggestion from two other people. Went in with the expectation of not liking it and I was Wrong! Food was great. Got the sampler and ate all of it either there or at home.
Would recommend this place. I know I will be going back to eat here. BTW, the did have the football game on I was worried about missing.
I love this place, been here many times over the years and it’s always good and the gentlemen is so nice. Never rushes you , it was great to sit and enjoy a meal. However they do have drive through as well too, and the wait is worth it. I always order the Mediterranean platter, and it is so much. I eat half and have half for later. Their cabbage rolls are so fragrant and good, their amazing.
This place is amaaaazing. My husband and I got the chicken curry to go, a gyro, and baklava. The food was absolutely incredible and the chicken curry portions were so huge we couldn't even finish them, let alone eat the gyros. We will definitely be back.
Wonderful family owned restaurant with a variety of delicious cuisine in a casual artsy atmosphere with super friendly staff! The flavors and freshness of the entrees here tantalized our senses! A piece of sweet flaky baclava was just a perfect way to end a delightful meal. Thank you all at Ali Baba!!
Gyro items are good. Love the quantity of gyros they put in the sandwich. Have been there couple of times.. The price is ok compared to other places.
Had a chicken shawarma and it was just ok compared to other mediteranean places. Instead of flour tortilla, they use pita bread which was interesting.
I just had the best dining experience. The food was great and the service was amazing. If you’ve never had Iranian food, you’ve got to try it. My family and I will be back for more kebab, rice, that delicious bread with hummus and the wonderful eggplant dish.
The food is fresh and prepared to order. The environment is family friendly & the owner is one of a kind. If you want fresh authentic and made to order food plus they have a drive thru. Also the sauce is tasty. Set your sights on Ali Baba Mediterranean Grill 😍.
Every dish we ordered was flavorful and aromatic. Great falafel, great gyros.
I ordered to go, and the hummus and beef skewers were SO GOOD. I am a grilled chicken lover through and through, but the beef was amazing, the flavor was on point! I also ordered a chicken skewer and the tabouli and they were both great! *also, I opted for no rice or tomato so that’s why they aren’t pictured*
Ali Baba is always a 10 out of 10. Great food and quick service. A great menu selection for meat-eaters and non meat-eaters.
This is my favorite place for your Gyros sandwiches. I lived in Greece for about two years, Zakynthos. Ali Babba’s is the place to go and drive through. Nothing fancy just fabulous gyros.
The gyro is superb, and huge! Service is friendly. This is my new go-to for Mediterranean food on the West Side.
Friendly staff with a very causal setting. Food was good and if you’re on the go they have a drive through window for conveniency.
Chicken schwarma out of this world. I will be making return visits to try the rest of the menu. Huge portions, left extremely satisfied and happy with decisions that had been made.
I ordered the chicken zereshk, and my partner ordered the vegetarian platter. Every single bite was delicious (and believe me — we did eat every single bite). The restaurant was clean, and the owner was friendly. I will definitely be back because I’m now determined to try everything on the menu.
