It's a build-your-own salad (not buffet) place. Staff was friendly and tables clean. Salad topping selection is pretty good. I liked the pesto-chicken and artichoke hearts. Similar vibe to Cool Greens in OKC. With the quick service, I imagine it will be popular for lunch.

Great place if you are a salad lover, I'm not a salad lover but can make a good salad from a time or two. The staff was friendly and resturant was very clean and neat. Great prices for the amount of salad you are able to get. The veggies, fruits, etc was fresh!

My friends and I really like this place. They have Fresh ingredients and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The salad and wraps are very delicious as well. They also have very good ice tea; I tried the tropical green tea and it was really good.

My wife and I tried a new (to us) salad bar for dinner tonight and had a FABULOUS meal served by happy, friendly employees. You choose the size of salad you want(we picked the large for $8) as well as the salad fixings. We had mixed greens, green and black olive slices, feta cheese, diced apples pineapple and beets, sugar snap peas, spicy chicken and more😮 We shared an iced tea and the whole meal came to just $14 with tip😬 Highly recommend Salata for lunch or dinner.

The foodbis outstanding. There are several options for the base salad, then I would guess at about 30-40 different topping choices, 8, or 9 dressing options, several different proteins. Everything looked very fresh and had a lot of color. The flavors were great. You could taste each flavor in each bite. The portion size was great. We got large salads and were full by the end. On the negative side, there was confusion about how the tables got cleaned. There was an area for guests to take their trash and empty bowls, but it was very small, unmarked, and towards the back. What ended up happening was a lot of people had to bus their own table. Also, the line for food went in front of the doors, so those entering and exiting had to cut the line.

For strictly a salad, this place was excellent. There were many ingredients to select from which were fresh and tasted great. The small salad listed at $7, the large at $8. We had the small salad, which was large enough we couldn't eat all of it and took the remainder home. Any meat selection costs extra and seemed pricey. The soup was two selections, cost extra, and looked old and overheated. Drinks cost extra and were about average price. Therefore, we had two small salads with one water and one iced tea. We plan to go back again when in the area.

I love this place!! Casual seating. If you're in a hurry, use their simple online ordering and they will have it ready for you!! Tons of choices and you don't pay by weight. I already have to take some home so I have the dressing on the side. Nutritional info/calories by every ingredient. Great tea too!!

Best salad in Tulsa. They are so cordial and polite here. I have taken several of my friends here in the past month and they just can't believe how good a salad can be. They have so many choices that you could have a different salad every day of the week. There ranch is house made and has dill in it. One of my friends said she could literally drink that dressing!

My favorite salad place in Tulsa! Everything is very fresh. I enjoy coming when I’m in a mood for a nice fresh salad. Pros: A lot of variety Cons: I went there once with my family and there was other people in line as well. While we were all being serve by one hard working lady there was 2 others doing other things. One of them was just looking at papers and it was very obvious that help was needed. One of the ladies asked the one that was looking at papers to go help the one serving and she made some excuse. It was awkward because. I felt bad for the server so I tipped her $10 for her hard work.

Fresh food and so many choices to throw in your salad. Great value and calm, clean atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did notice during lunch rush the line gets pretty long, there might be a little wait. You can order in advance online and pick up!

I just ate at Salata for the first time and it blew my mind. Fresh ingredients, chicken cooked and seasoned perfectly, awesome tasty homemade dressing. The variety of ingredients available...it’s like you could make endless meals. Wish I could eat there every day!

Did an online order. They had it fresh and ready when I got there. It might be highly priced for most, but getting a custom made wrap or salad is awesome. It may become my occasional guilty pleasure that I don't have to feel that guilty about.

PROS: Many fresh choices. Salad sizes are big ($7) and bigger ($8). No extra charges (tax must be included in price). Meats are extra charge. To go boxes available. Many tea options. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. CONS: They dish items for you so one line can be backed up out the door at busy times. Also, the seating area is limited so might have to wait for a table. Very noisy. Hard to carry on conversation without speaking loudly (probably a pass for those with hearing aids). Parking is also very limited. OVERALL: Worth at least a try to form your own opinion. Consider going during off hours.

Think Subway/Chipotle meets a salad joint. You start by picking out a big or a really big silver mixing bowl, then your greens, then your veggies/ fruits, proteins, dressing etc.. The number of potential creations are endless. They also have a couple soup options- I tried a spicy bean soup, which had some actual kick to it. Their cookies are delicious, too!

It's super great salads & toppings! The only thing is I took my grand daughter & theirs really no selection for kids, need better choices of soup, my $7.00 salad turned into about 12.00 no one said alot of things are extras.. but for adults it's a great place!
