In the past month I have eaten here every week. The food is always fresh and delicious, the wait staff are attentive and knowledgeable and will ask other staff if they dont have an answer for you. All other staff are so friendly and accommodating. I'm physically challenged and use an electric scooter. The restaurant is very handicap accessible (including the restroom) and when the staff see me arrive in the parking lot, they are waiting and holding the doors open for me and the same when I leave. Today a delightful chef instructor showed my sister and I their lovely herb and vegetable gardens which they use to cook their delicious meals with. Today I had a fabulous lunch with my sister, last week I had lunch with 2 friends of more than 30 years and 2 other times it was lunch with my husband. Every time was a very pleasant experience. I encourage those of you who haven't found this little gem, to do so. Keep up the good work Foundations staff!

We attended the Edible Adventures sushi making class and it was spectacular! The chef and students who assisted were great. This was a very informative and fun way to learn how to make really tasty sushi. They used the finest ingredients and we took so much home with us! We will be going back for another class and will try the Foundations Restaurant too.

Thank you for the best valentines dinner yet! The table was set perfectly with linen. The lighting was intimate. We had 5 courses perfectly timed between each dish took about 1 and a half hours. Our server was excellent kind and attentive. The food looked great tasted wonderful. No crazy lines no loud music. Tulsa's best kept secret ..even on a budget.

On April 29, we took 2 other couples to the restaurant and I commented on the cloth tablecloths and napkins. Yesterday, we took 2 other couples to the restaurant, and to our surprise, the tablecloths were gone--now it's a school cafeteria. Food excellent, beautiful presentation--nice server.

Super fun! Really good food, pleasant and friendly service, menu changes up all the time. Window to the kitchen where you can see some lessons taking place also. Can't beat the prices either.

Had a terrific dinner here. TL;DR: great place to eat. Food was terrific, staff was friendly and competent, and prices were very reasonable! Full: I did not know until I arrive that it was part of the culinary arts school. I was worried when j arrived and no one was in the parking lot. I was surprised to find that I was the only one here, the entire meal, but it was delicious. Like a dinner where I rented out the whole restaurant, only wish my wife was with me! Since it's part of the school I asked about if they like it when people come or if customers are viewed as a nusence, he said they like it when people come because it gives them a chance to practice and show off their skills. I had the Quinoa Crusted Trout and Avacado Caprese Salad and they were both amazing. Also included bread. All for under $25! If you live in Tulsa or Broken Arrow you are missing out because this is a hidden gem. Take advantage of it while you can, who knows how long it will be here or at least be very peaceful and quiet. He said the only night they really get busy is Fridays. If you are a business professional, take a client here for lunch!

It was great. You have the choice of a 3 or 4 course meal at 17 and $20. Everything was delicious and the service is outstanding. The only weird thing is the lack of a sign. It is actually at Platter college culinary school. Wish there was a sign.

Tulsa's Best Kept Secret! I've been here four times now, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they knock it out of the park! Students have so much try, which makes the food taste even better!

Very special spot restaurant is an offshoot of Platt College and The Culinary students finish up their diploma or degree working in foundations. Friday's is a great time to visit as they have an all-you-can-eat buffet and it rotates on the type of Cuisine every week. Like to visit there often

Small selection of very well made dishes in a culinary school restaurant. Prices extremely reasonable, wine service also available.
