I love their cream Frappuccino especially the non coffee ones they are good at making your customization. I had the red velvet cake and loved the drink. Love the aroma of coffee and baked stuff when I walk in. The decor is also lovely. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I absolutely love this location, Ashley the barista is always a sweetheart and is always smiling! Customer service is always great and makes me feel seen!
No complaints about this Starbucks in particular. My experiences there have been pleasant and the quality of the beverages on par with other good Starbucks locations. The only downside (for me) would be location. It could be seen as really convenient considering it is a busy street, but I find it congested. Not a legitimate complaint, just noting that it is off a really busy street and is often busy itself.
I have worked at various stores in Woodland Hills Mall for the past 5 years and have always received exceptional customer service from the staff at this Starbucks. I usually order on the mobile app to avoid waiting in line, and my order is almost always ready and waiting for me when I walk up, even when they are slammed. This location get INSANELY busy, especially on the weekends and during the holidays. There have only been a few instances when they have been out of something, but they have always offered their suggestions on a replacement or offered me a refund. I will be so glad when they are done with the current remodel! The staff here needs a raise, they work expremely hard!

Sometimes its good sometimes its not. I have very rarely come across an employee that knows what they are doing. Ive had times where my cold coffees are warm and I have had experiences where the employee messes up and gives my drink out of the drive thru window. Its annoying and they are sloppy. Never go inside if you want a good experience.

With how incredibly high the stress seems to get, and dealing with snarky and snippy customers, I think the baristas do amazing. The drinks i get are always made right, even when its busy, and they take care to avoid anycross contamination.

Awesome quality but too long of wait and had to keep looking to see if it was ur order.. No one called ur name so everyone touches everyone else's cups..on positive note very friendly ppl, good tasting product
Good coffee but the service was slow, there was hardly anyone around and it took close to 10 minutes to get our 2 drinks.
