Every year we take my 86 year old father here for Father's Day and his birthday. The manager here is terrific and always makes my father feel special. The manager has been there for several years. You just don't see this type of manager anymore. I thank him so much !!
I had a very positive experience at CiCi's today! The one at 1918 S. Garnett Road. Very good food, freshly made. Even the salad bar was good! Employees were friendly and helpful. Tables were cleaned as soon as someone left them. Very happy with my visit. Thank you!!

The staff was great, and the food was amazing. I have been wanting to try the pepperoni poppers. They didn't disappoint.
I was extremely surprised. I was a teenager the last time I was in a cici's pizza restaurant and I remember it being loud and the food tasting cheap. Memories just weren't the greatest. However, that was not the case when we had a quick lunch at this one the other day. Even though it was a peak time evening was well stocked and tasted really good. The staff, especially the managers went above and beyond for anyone that asked them anything. And something I haven't seen in a while, they did whatever chore or task while smiling. They genuinely like their jobs and we could feel it through every employee that was had interaction with. I can't wait to go back!!
We were in town for soccer tournaments and my daughter wanted pizza. Between the staff AND manager serving customers and keeping the restaurant clean it was absolutely amazing. Even the brownies and cinnamon rolls were good. The were all so soft and fresh!
I bought a pizza and drink fir a homeless man down the walk and the manager, JACKIE, was AWESOME!
She even went and delivered it to him herself.

The manager, Moose, at this location tonight was amazing. He was extremely kind and his customer service was excellent. We simply asked for a couple of pizzas to be made for the buffet they were completed in minutes and he was generous enough to even bring the pizza we asked for out to our table. He did this with a smile and pleasant attitude.
Great management skills, impeccable service, and and a wonderful attitude!

I love to take my kids here. The food is fairly good especially for the price, and it’s an all you can eat pizza, salad, dessert, and beverage. The kids love the game room. The games are easy to earn points on. The best part is they have awesome prizes for a reasonable amount of tickets. This place puts Chuck-E-Cheese to shame in every possible way.
Food was great actually haven't had cicis in years and now I'm gonna be going back really love the tatertot and bacon pizza it's also not too expensive
All you can eat hot food made to order if needed, very kid friendly.
Games are on the expensive side but all in working order.
I favor 2 particular pizzas. If it's not on the buffet or not enough, just let them know. They will bring out what you want or call out when added to the buffet.
If they are doing the $4.99 for adults deal on Mon or Tues, it's a great place to take your kids.
They ran out as fast as they could PUT the pizza OUT😉But there were also 2 B'day parties going ON Staff worked hard to keep iT CLEAN & caught UP with food TOO😁
This has always been my children's favorite place! Even at turning 24 my daughter wanted Cici's for the pizza and cinnamon rolls
There were so many people in there that there was nothing on the bar. The server was awesome. She kept asking if she could take our dirty plates.
This was my daughter's day of choosing. We went and ate, the food was good. She then played in their game room and had a blast. This is her favorite place
I called the store today to let them know my DoorDash order from last night was wrong and the pizza was almost inedible. I didn't want anything, but to just let them know. Well the manager insisted. When I got there tonight to get my pizza, they gave me complimentary cinnamon rolls along with a smile and professionalism. Everything was delicious. Thank you for going above and beyond. It was much appreciated. And the staff couldn't be any nicer.
Good place to eat decent pizza that won't break the bank. Good value for a buffet. Also, you can customize your pizza if you want.
There was a birthday party so it was a little noisy but I liked the tall tables. Food was good

Amazed at how clean this Buffett was. Bathrooms were spotless. Kept rolling out the pizza too. Hard to keep a place like this going in this economy, but I'll be coming back!
