This burrito was so big!! I loved it! I had the chicken bulgogi and my husband had the beef stir fry. Both were good and service was fast. We will definitely come again if we’re in the area.
Very interesting food truck here. The guy who runs it has a ton of knowledge on all different kinds of food, and of course the food I got was delicious. Will definitely stop here again in the future.

It's a food truck.. kind of. But a really good mixed up fusion of food..lots of interesting choices..beef chicken pork..corn taco shell flour shell or burrito form.. yummy 😀.. lots of sauce to choose from but no little to go cups for sauce 😥..it's cooked fresh to order and tasty if travelling up or down I-5 definitely stop and try it..
I had Madam WU beef..it was great..next time I'll try sweet chilli chicken.. sounds wonderful!!! Hope I get back by soon..oh and the portions are large so bring your appetite..
My suggestion: pineapple burrito!
I'm chowing down on the bulgogi (medium spicy) and pineapple burritos!!! Soooo good, especially the pineapple one! I would have gotten mild spicy on the bulgogi next time (not because it is really spicy but because to me a bit of that awesome bulgogi flavor is hiding under some of that red pepper spice - my fault for asking for the extra spice). Definitely coming back to try the other fusion options!
Very nice and helpful! Food was amazing! Had four different tacos. Korean bbq and Thai Mex were my favorites. Unfortunately they're not open on weekends, but that's ok, I got burritos to heat up for lunch. Eat here!
Loved the place, I was driving from Arizona to Seattle and stopped for a taco and was not
disappointed.
I went and got seconds and I usually don't, but it was that good.
Their prices are reasonable too.

The Hoisin beef burrito is incredible. very full of fresh veggies and lots of meat. great flavour from his own sauces. I spoke with the "maniac" about his business and learned a bit about his menu. he has taken the best flavours from around the world and incorporated them in to a Mexican styled menu of tacos and burritos.
no "out of a bottle" bland sauces. this is seriously a top notch food truck. try it. you will love it.
I'm going back for seconds shortly and will review another of his menu items.. I'm thinking Thai satay this time!

Got 3 tacos, wish they had more cheese on them, but they were good. Hot sauce is not hot, but mild...at best.
