The drinks are yummy, the staff friendly and the shop is clean. This is the only place I can get a pineapple black tea with strawberry refresher. And it's bomb.
Love this store excellent coffe and location next to the 55 fwy. Clean and busy place, lovely employees. Mi favorite barista is Victoria she's very sweet. plenty of parking but always hard to find a spot because the Marshal store is in the same plaza.
New manager reflects in better attitude from employees. Drinks made to perfection.
BTW, there’s no drive-thru at this location, so reviewers... get the correct location before posting your reviews (drive-thru is on the other side of the freeway)
Place is clean and workers are pleasant. The food and coffee was exactly as I had asked. ☺️ It was all good. Kudos to them! They're doing the best they can during these rough times.
Can't go wrong at this store. Just what you'd expect from starbucks. Seating is adequate for this size store. Orders come out fast and staff is friendly.
It's also, like 100 yards from the freeway so it's very conveniently located.

Verizon you really made this past week screwed up if it wasnt for Starbucks don't even get me started. Thanks Starbucks in Tustin. On 17th and Yorba everyone is supper cool here at this location but some of the other locations like the one in the Orange Plaza the manager matt tried 86'ing me for picking and fidgeting with my nose (it had been broken by a idiot trying to pistol whip me and steal my lap-top) the guy is so full of it he needs to go. Thanks for allowing me to get my work done.

Sometimes the line can be long but it moves quickly. I like sitting in the front area with large windows that look out into the busy intersection
