It’s not a 5 star, but not terrible. Their food is pretty consistent. While the staff doesn’t hate their lives here, they work efficient especially within an hour of closing time.
Can feel the hustle and bustle in the kitchen, pick up or dine in typically is above average times and food is normally pretty fresh. Dedicated parking lot is a plus just doesn’t have a wow factor to get that extra star.
I asked a cashier a question, and she was a bit rude. However, the manager was super helpful and understood my question. He adressed it properly and then went to tell the cashier how to apply my discount. I appreciated the fact that he went to help his cashier in order to provide proper service. I wish I could have gotten his name, but thank you!
Yes chipotle was fantastic. I ran and got through the line my order was exactly as I requested it and got out quickly to get back to work. The restroom was clean and so is the restaurant. Employees were smiling friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it. I got a veggie salad and all the ingredients were Fresh and delicious as usual.
One of the cleanest Chipotles I've been to. Usually I never dine in because every Chipotle I've been to is gross, but I make the exception for this location.
Service is quick and they're all friendly there. No issues with this place.
Great service and great food. The only con is the entrance. It’s located on a street with a cement barrier so a few uturns are required to get into the parking lot.
Super friendly staff. Homegirl that made my 15lb salad/bowl was very nice and she was helpful 🙂 this place never fails. Trust me, this was more monstrous before the lid got involved lolol
Tastiest carnitas burrito I've ever had from Chipotle! Wrapped perfectly, you can cut into it without it oozing everywhere. Perfect dinner along with chips and guacamole. Yum!
Decent food/service here...but don't go during peak times. There's like 8 parking spots and the lot is very tight to get in and out of. I mobile ordered here once and that was the last time. Kensington is the place now.
