Delicious! My favorite place when I am in Tyler. The margarita was the best I've had in a long time and the food was, as usual, exceptional. And the service was outstanding. I don't remember her name, she waited on us Sunday afternoon. Three of us plus 2 little kids in high chairs that made a huge mess. She is an awesome server. I'm a server myself and I was impressed. Give this lady a raise.
The wonderful food is something that one would not ordinarily expect from a restaurant with a "down home" atmosphere. My mother-in-law and I tried the Trout Diablo. The fish was cooked perfectly and covered with a light sauce that did not drown out the flavor of the fish. Rather, the sauce accented it. The rice was also cooked and spiced to perfection. My wife had the salmon topped with a light cream sauce spiced with cilantro. She loved it!
The food was served in a more than ample portion. The warm peach cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream was pure heaven. Everyone else had banana pudding for dessert, and they raved about it. Lastly, the service was friendly and efficient. My wife and I definitely plan on visiting this restaurant again to sample some of the other entrees.to our lia iopp
My husband and I had the pick your combo plate. I had Fish and crawfish, my husband fish and shrimp. It came with fries, coleslaw, and beans. It was more than enough. The food was great and waitress was wonderful. We will be back again
Ordered Chicken Ella.. well worth it! Wasnt sure about it but the waitress ensured that it was one of the top requested on the menu! My new fav!
Best place to eat in Tyler we drive from Gladewater to eat here! We had great service!!!!!!
My son and I had catfish, shrimp wontons and banana pudding for dinner. Every server stopped to compliment how well behaved he was and played with him for a minute. Our cups were never half empty and the food was piping hot and quick! Despite it being slow for a Monday night our server was prompt and attentive and the manager stopped to make sure we had everything we needed!
We threw my sister in laws baby shower here on a Saturday morning. The staff, atmosphere, and the food were SO wonderful! We will definitely be throwing parties here in the future
Hands down, the best onion rings in town!! Restaurant is clean, friendly staff and the food is delicious! A must try indeed!!

Enjoyed lunch at Clear Springs today. I was impressed with the quality of food. My chicken salad had real, hand-breaded chicken, not prebreaded, prepackaged, frozen chicken planks. The green beans and pinto beans were cooked with ham hock which made them beyond great. The waitress provided excellent service to boot! I'll be back!
In Chandler, Tyler, TX for a soccer tournament at Lindsey Park and we stopped by to eat lunch Saturday. The BEST choice made yet! Cool decor, and has a "saloon". We opted for sitting in the saloon for TV's to watch college football. Starters of gumbo and cheese sticks; both tasty and delicious. Meals of Lemon Chicken, Grilled chicken salad, Salmon plate, and Lil buddy plate. So, 1st thing, if not eating another meal that day then you will be good. But, if eating dinner, just fair warning the portions are huge! Everything was delicious 😋. Wish we had this restaurant in DFW. A great place to eat and enjoy 😉

The food was excellent and serving very large. The onion rings are the world’s best. I had delicious barbecued shrimp with string beans and rice. My husband had a huge country fried chicken with cream gravy, mashed potatoes and corn. Our server, Emily, was friendly and helpful as was the Hostess. This was our first time there and we will be back.

Good food, alot of fried food but all tasted fresh. Atmosphere was locrlu and wait staff well trained. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a seafood fix in tyler.
Food was great. Service was also very good. Overall great experience. Had fried mushrooms as starter and fried catfish platter for the main. Very tasty. Sauces were delicious.
