I've been going to this place for a while. I usually hang with the employees. A really great bunch. The place got a lot better ever since Ian shaved his mustache. The Manager Brenda. was kind and introduced me to the large variety of options on what to drink. I've decided on a Ice Mocha. The name itself kind of threw me off. But Mark has ensured me that it will blow my mind. I also decided that i might want a piece of pie to go with the mocha. The Atmosphere was great and the music in the background was very nice to listen to, While enjoying the coffee. The only down side i found was the price of the pie. The pie was great. But not 6 dollars worth. Other than that. I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone who likes to enjoy a freshly made coffee. And if you have money to spend. Some nice pie.
Great place to sit outside in this beautiful weather and have a coffee, espresso, tea, whatever your coffee connaisseur heart desires. And great hours 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. even better than Starbucks. There is a lot more going on and good places in downtown than what people realize. Try them out You won't be disappointed
By far, the best coffee house in East Texas. They not only make the best cup of coffee in town, but it's a great place get some work done.
The absolute, undisputed, best coffee in East Texas! The staff are great and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Skip the chain stores and spend your money with a shop that gives back!
Just a pleasant atmosphere. (& good latte).
They were kind enough to let us use their parking lot for a blood drive in honor of Sophie. That alone is 5 star worthy! Thanks to Bethel, the Foundry, and all who came out.
The Foundry is a great location to really enjoy your coffee! Baristas are knowledgeable in the products/services and engage with customers. The layout of the place is trendy & contemporary with open areas for busy times. Will definitely keep this place on my hot list for sure! Looking forward to seeing Turkish coffee someday? Thanks for the "bottomless cup" , now my bladder will curse me later!
The iced chai tea was fabulous. And the atmosphere is great for studying. Loved the art exhibit. Saw very different people from all walks of life.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and they treat you like family and the treats are mouth watering. Go see for yourself and try the bottomless coffee you can come back all day and get a refill of heaven. Did I mention the refills are free just bring your receipt.
Drove 94 miles for coffee at The Foundry today, and it was totally worth it. Great place. Great staff. Great coffee. Great service. Looking forward to visiting it again!
I ALWAYS have a great experience at The Foundry! The lavender chai latte is my go to, and coming on a Friday is even better because the bring in Emporium Pies. Great coffee, great food and awesome baristas!
A quick 10 minute walk from my home in the Azalea District, The Foundry Coffee House is a favorite of mine , the trendy design , excellent endless cups of coffee, unique culinary choices served by a friendly staff , a diverse group of Tyler folks hang out here!! The mocha was the best I've ever had and the character of the building is great. This was the first time I have ever actually wanted to sit and enjoy my mocha! BTW, it was also the prettiest mocha I have ever seen. I will definitely be back!
Me and my daughter loved our first time there! The coffee was great and I loved the gluten free options
The pour over coffee (kalita wave) is smooth to the taste and the environment is chill. Open mic on Thursdays is a great place to bring friends and meet new peeps! A nice, relaxing, and great place to hear some good vibes!
As a work-at-home mom, The Foundry has provided a much needed haven of excellent lattes, service, and high-speed internet. They have several seating options (couches, comfy chairs, tables, bar), a lovely view, and clean restrooms. They also have tasty and healthy food selections. I also enjoy the variety of music they play. I go once a week, and it's always a great time.
Really friendly staff. The owner actually was out front and super friendly. Very wonderful and welcoming vibe. The coffee that we had was top notch (Latte with Carmel syrup).
Would definitely go again and again!
Always a pleasure to come in and have a cup of coffee in this quiet atmosphere. We also enjoy the outside patio area available. There's not many coffee choices, but they are all good! The baked items are a nice add on as well. They are always fresh tasting.
The perfect place to smell the coffee and get to work!
A great place to hang-out, work or study. The property is beautiful and the coffee is amazing. A must visit if in Tyler.
I hate coming into places right at closing but we’re visiting from SoCal and the barista was so so sweet about it. She was very personable and made our drinks to perfection. So incredibly sweet to see all of the kind and genuine people that Texas has to offer opposed to most Californians. We will definitely come back when we visit!!!
Calming atmosphere and I love the architecture of the building. The patio outside is perfect for spring weather. Friendly baristas and great coffee :) If you're in Tyler, it's definitely a spot to check out!
Great place and atmosphere! Everyone is super nice and the outside area is gorgeous. As well as the featured gallery! Prices are good to boot. Highly recommend.
Cool coffee shop with large seating area that expands across multiple rooms. They even have a small room dedicated to a local art exhibit. Located in the incredible downtown Tyler area.
Had a regular iced coffee. The coffee was good but I was bummed that they did not offer heavy cream as an option.
I would come here again and again just for the vibe and what seems to be pretty good coffee!
