One of my favorite sandwhich places. Great location and friendly staff as well. I love these sandwhiches and they are delicious and made with fresh, high quality ingredients. The hot peppers here are the BEST, and you can buy them in jars to take home. They are quick here and this is a great place to grab lunch in Tysons. Also any time I have had an issue at this location they resolved it right away. Great sandwhiches and company.
I love eating here, very quiet and relaxing restaurant. The one who attended me was norma, love her attitude and love her service. Would definitely come back and eat here again.
Potbelly is my favorite sandwich shop. I always order the chicken and cheddar on white with bacon mayo and lettuce. The service is fast, and the employees are kind. I’m also a fan of the broccoli cheddar soup, but today I’m trying the chicken pot pie soup. Good drink selection. They also have tasty desserts like cookies and brownies. A bit pricey, but way better than Subway or Quiznos.

Great shakes, soups, salads and sandwiches. I personally love the "wreck".
Briefly stopped by today to get some ice cream. I was surprised to taste their vanilla ice cream which was full of flavor. Friendliest people ever. Clean shop with large parking. Outdoor seating is nice and plenty. Will come again!!
I’ve gotten sandwiches from this location a handful of times and never had any complaints. Today I ordered online for pickup , which included a milk shake. I lost track of time and was 15 minutes late getting my food and figured the shake would be melted. But they were nice enough to keep it in a cooler so it was still perfect when I got it. And it was delicious!
Came here for lunch with my husband and ordered the wrong kind of Turkey sandwich than what I thought I was ordering. I went back to reorder a new sandwich (and was planning on paying for it), when the GM approached me and said he overheard me asking about the different kinds of Turkey, and that I ordered the wrong thing before. He said not to worry the sandwich I was on them, and he wanted to make sure I got what I was hoping for. It was really nice and showed that they genuinely care that their customers are satisfied with their meals. Thank you so much for your customer service. You guys are awesome! Oh and ps- once I had the right sandwich I was very happy!!! Their sandwiches are A+
Ordered via online for pick up. Inside was clean and my food was waiting on the pick up shelf. I requested my drink and was promptly tended to.
It is consistently good. Better then some of their mega sized competitors (I dont want to name them). Not quite gourmet but certainly very good still. Comes close to a neighborhood deli. Also the staff has always been friendly.
Most of the time I'm here, it's in and out fairly quick (11-1130a) and no issues with the food. Most recently, I had the cashier ring out the person ahead of me, ignore me (the only one waiting to be rung out), then grabbed gloves and went to the beginning of the line to start taking orders for the only other person waiting. The guy finishing sandwiches was with the person who had originally been taking orders, and it wasn't until someone came out from the back and ask me if I had been helped (about 2-3 minutes of waiting) that I was able to pay for my food. Not sure why he chose to leave me high and dry. Wasn't like I was ordering for a small village, either; just had a bag of chips and a sandwich.
Removed one star because the internet is too slow to be usable.
Food and service are top notch. This is a big location with lots of seats but be prepared to wait during lunch hour as it gets busy here.
Avoid the pizza sandwich while the brownie cookie is delicious!
I ordered online, had to wait a few minutes as they were busy. However, multiple workers double checked to make sure I had everything in my order the way I specified. Very pleased with customer service. Food is great too!
