Food was so good! The Uyghur dumplings (pictured below) were amazing! They were filled with lamb and so tasty. I'm not a huge fan of lamb but I thought the dumplings were stellar. My friend loooved the lamb skewers (pictured below). We also ordered the Samosa and Stir Fried Noodles with Beef - delicious. Service was a tad slow but servers were nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back!

We ordered the polov, laghman, and samosa. The polov was by far my favorite - is the rice is slightly sticky, charmingly sweet from the carrots, and liberally studded with raisins. The laghman, while the noodles chewy and the sauce/soup was mild and savory, had very little lamb. The samosas were wonderfuly delicate and crisp on the outside, with a ground beef filling. We will definitely visit again.

I planned on coming here for weeks. It was worth the wait. The texture of the pulled noodles reminded me of China. Delicious!

This is a rare spot. There are only a handful of Uyghur restaurants in the Bay Area, but this one does it really, really well. Must tries: - lamb skewers: extremely tender and juicy, with bits of fat scattered throughout - dolan kawap: the lamb chops are fried on the outside but extremely tender on the inside I will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

The Cusine from the North West China. Very different and enjoyable. This place is Halal and serves a very interesting menu.
