Matsuhisa Vail - Vail - Photo album

If a place is less than 4 stars, I'm more likely to not write a review than say something negative. By and large, I believe people do work hard and try to make a positive experience. Maybe I came in on an off night or I was tired, jet-lagged, not in the mood. I guess I'm sharing this only to tem
Amazing experience at Matsuhisa. We thought it would be overpriced and overhyped, but that wasn’t the case. All of the food was delicious; would definitely recommend the rock shrimp tempura, scallops, cod lettuce wraps and tropical shave ice. Would skip the sushi; it was something you could get anyw

This is my second dinner here. both times I let the waiter order for us. My wife and I enjoy sharing the experience together. We usually order 6 or 7 items. The yellowtail is fantastic, the cooked black code amazing and the tuna shishito pepper roll definitely is a must. spectacular dining expe
