My nephew and I love coming to the Play place at least once a week!! The staff is remarkable and their always cleaning up after the children. Thank you !!!❤ Plus the food is always hot and fresh!!! Great job McDonald's!!! 5 stars from me!!

Ive never had a problem with my orders or any of the employees. However, I have had issues with parents in the play place. They let their kids run around and bully other kids and then when their children get hit back-the parents yell at the kid and the kids parents. And by parents I mean the mothers. They are mean and have my kid never syndrome. Mothers keep an eye on your kids and off your phone. Do not yell at others kids, instead talk to the parents!
They are very sweet when we go in for a after noon play time

I visit this location usually once a day. The people are always polite and most of the time deliver a correct order in a timely manner.
I do have one major complaint and this goes for all Mcdonald locations.
Ice is meant to chill a drink. When a person orders a drink, they do not want a giant cup full of ice that is then filled with the drink of choice.
I purposely tell the person taking my order that I want LIGHT ICE in every drink, because of this and somehow, they still manage to have a few crew members who completely disreguard the modification on the screen and purposely fill the cup up with ice before filling.
With a rude Burger King right up the road that always provides you with workers who look like they hate their lives, a shake machine that is always broken somehow and french fries that are always cold as can be...your easily the more pleasant location to visit on town.
Just fix the ice issue and your gold.
