The employees are always friendly & nice and tonight was no exception. They happened to be out of fire hats & one of my daughters noticed a slightly dusty one on top of the cooler. I figured it was a display hat, but without hesitation they took it down & gave it to us. They always go the extra mile to ensure their customers have a great dinning experience!

Great employees! Brandon gave us a helping hand the other day on his way home from work. We were setting up for a memorial service the following day and he was a big help. I stopped by to give him a thank you card and he was working hard!
The staff here is great! I frequent here quite often because I’m addicted to their philly cheesesteak. Ms. Bonnie and Matt are THE BEST- they’re always friendly and super helpful, there have been plenty of days that I came in feeling kind of down and just with their smile and genuine conversation I leave uplifted. Definitely try this firehouse if you’ve never been you’ll leave full and happy!
They did great. I have had such a series of bad experiences at the Firehouse on Brandon Blvd, I was very pleased to find a firehouse that actually does it’s job well. Thank you!
I would like to tell you how much I appreciate Travonda! She went above and beyond for me and my family today. I was not able to come in and get my family and I food. When I called she was more than happy ro bring out to my car. I called on my way because it was STORMING! She answered and called me by name and asked if I was here, I explained I was still about 10 mins out and offered to cancel so she would not have to come out. She said absolutely not. See you when you get here. When I arrived she came out with a smile! Thank you so much TRAVONDA!!!
I shouldnt eat dairy or wheat. They walked me through the menu to pick out something i could eat there.
