New owner has done wonders with this place! Literally everything we ordered was good. We wanted to try a lot of different things so we ordered Spitzel Mac and Cheese (5 ) Tacos with Mole (4 ) I am not a fan of mole but the pork was very moist. Everyone else liked it. A potato ground steak dish. Not sure the name but again 5 . A little spicy, just the right amount. Butternut squash soup with jalapeno. Not spicy just amazingly flavorful. (5 ) NY bruschetta (from the old menu with the addition of truffle) (5 ) Beet salad. Very flavorful. Again 5 . Crab Fondue looked great and everyone else said it was 5 but I am allergic so can't taste it. Asparagus salad. Was cool. Who would have thought to put a poached egg on a salad! But my absolute favorite part of the whole meal was the parsnip honey butter they brought out with the bread!!! On a scale of one to ten.. a twenty! Saw they have a great looking breakfast menu. Was going to go tomorrow but forgot I had to work. Next Saturday for sure! Also great service.. thanks!
We've eaten here close to a dozen times now, and have had consistently terrific food. The menu is small, but there is usually a special, and it's all done very well. Chef Paul cares about the food he prepares. It's not about dragging to work and slingin' plates. He prepares food with love and passion and it shows! Eggs Benedict, hash, risotto = on point! Brunch cocktails = great! Friendly, knowledgeable service staff who aren't overbearing. Well-priced, easy parking, great reuse of former theater chairs as seating - although I'm a short sitter, so don't sit quite tall enough - ha! In sum, we'll definitely be back!
This is my mother and I's favorite place to catch up. She loves the rock fish and the sea bass on linguine with a special sauce. I've had the chicken dish which was excellent and of course the steak dish. The side dish polenta was very taste and wish Willem's would bring it back. If you haven't been you are missing out!
The food and the service were excellent rigatoni and sausage was so good. I think it was the best pasta dish I have ever had.
Update. New chef, owners and staff are amazing! Food was absolutely amazing! Service was fantastic! Wine was perfect. So glad that they have new ownership, best food in Vancouver.
Miquel and his staff are wonderful. A perfect Sunday downtown Vancouver is not complete without brunch at Elements.
Excellent food, presentation, and service! Pride on a plate. As far as we're concerned, this is the only 5 restaurant in Vancouver.
Excellent food. Great ambiance. The perfect place to hold a private party. High recommend if you’re in the downtown Vancouver area.

The best eggs benedict brunch! We loved the romantic atmosphere and great downtown nostalgia!
The food is beyond phenomenal!! Best salmon I have had in a restaurant, hands down, and my hubby's steak was perfection! The cocktails are yummers! If you complain about the prices or waiting for made to order food then you don't belong in this place. Go back to applebees.
This is our second time here and not disappointed. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. This is a must try and you definitely will keep coming back.
We've eaten at Willem's twice and both times were blown away by the complex flavors, creativity, and presentation. For such unique, locally-sourced dishes, it's amazing that the prices are so reasonable! Willem's is our new favorite local restaurant!
Relaxed setting in historic downtown Vancouver. I am a fan of their happy hour. Not a huge selection, but well thought out offerings. The daily cocktail is always seasonal and a safe choice. The speatzle and sautéed potato and ground steak with Harissa are refined and pleasing to the palate. Friendly staff and a bespoke environment make for a memorable after work cocktail or early evening meal.
