The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about beer. The bottle selection is the best in Vancouver, plus a tap list that has lots of different ALES on it.
Natasha is the star of this place. She’s so accommodating and knows her beer!! A walking library of beer! She’s passionate about it and I love how she is always just eager to help educate customers about beer!
I would have given 5 star if Tim and Ben are members of the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce!

UPDATE: Ben's Bottle has been an amazing host for two of my networking groups. They are ready for us weekly for lunch and have the room set up great for all of us The Game Changers Society. They have been so super accommodating and always makes our group feel at home and welcomed!
What a fun night! Last night they hosted a fundraiser for Gift of Lift...everyone owner, staff, and guests were fun and generous. They have a beer for everyone, great food, and a fun atmosphere. Check this place out!
Great place! For those complaining about service - it's an order at the bar, pick your own bottles, and get your own water place. They tell you that 😉

Just stopped into Ben's for the 1st time this week and it was great! Awesome beer selection, friendly service and the food was delicious! I liked that there were a lot of seating options also. We were having dinner with our two children and we were able to get a table that gave us room for kiddos to move around without feeling crowded. While I realize families with young kids isn't your target demographic as a mom I would love to have had some crayons and coloring pages to keep little hands busy. Also maybe a couple of kid food items on the menu? We will be back for sure!

Great selection of beer and they offered to special order in a 6 pack of something they had on tap last time I was in. Good food, good beer, good atmosphere & great staff. Perfect pit stop post holiday shopping!
Love Ben's! Their taps are always changing, and if by some miracle you have had everything on tap, they have hundreds of bottles of beer in their coolers! There is enough varied food for pretty much everyone, plus they have happy hour. There is even a cooler of non alcoholic drinks.
Great menu. Present owners. Creative food. Wonderful selection of local beers. So happy to have a place like this in Vancouver. Oh and you must try the Cuban sandwich!

Our most favorite place! I love that they always have an amazing selection! Bottles and on tap! We have tried so many new beers--- and learned so much. The staff are all knowledgable, curtious, fun and they love their jobs and it shows! The owners are great and We are very excited to see this business thriving !
One of our most favorite tap houses in Vancouver! Always a good selection of beers, good selection of wines. Plus a big selection of bottled beers, wines, etc either to drink on site or to take home. The food is pretty good too. I especially love their baked potato! ���
