My wife and I were referred by compass coffee for a good breakfast. They were right, this place was good. I had their signature biscuits and gravy, and my wife had a waffle with mixed berries and whipped cream. My biscuits
were moist and flaky. The gravy was amazing with a small amount of heat. I didn't need to drown them in Tabasco. The chives really finish this dish off nicely. Presentation is nice and portions were perfect.
The Belgium waffles were not too sweet and were complimented nicely with fresh berries. One serving could be shared by two people. They made me a mocha which was better than any mocha I have ever had!
This place is definitely part of the hipster slash lets make Vancouver more like Portland places that are popping up downtown. As long as they don't start serving blue ribon with a side of long lines and servers with attitudes, who cares!
We will be going back to this place soon!!!
