This establishment was absolutely filthy. Not one table was clean. Every nook and cranny of this place is sticky. Food was mediocre at best.

I ordered delivery of a burrito bowl. It arrived in a timely manner but was cold. The portion was small considering it was $12 plus fees and tip. And it wasn't very tasty. In fact it was bland. It didn't seem like it was freshly made at all.

Both my items ordered had missing items that comes with the item. Management seems to lack in basic counting training with the kiddos. Good to know. Improve your management and training skills and I may give you a second chance. For now? Nope

The undisputed champion of the holy trinity, price, taste, quality. They source their ingredients well, they made the food infront of you so you know its not day old garbage. The portions are almost always good sometimes i get employees that give out soviet era rations and for that its a 4/5 stars.

Why is there not the possibility to speak with someone in the store over the phone?!? I had a missing item from my order, and when you call ( or use the help option from the email ) it just says that the store crew can't be of help if the item was delivered and to contact Uber or DoorDash. Places an order on Door Dash for a Barbacoa bowl and burrito. I received a bowl and burrito full of rice and vegetables. This is unacceptable! In the picture shows the burrito I ripped open and its like a half of scoop of meat in it. That's insane for 10+ bucks. I had the same issue with the bowl.
