Perfectly designed, on purpose, to bring fine dining to all without classification. Whether it’s your first time, or your 20th time, the owners and staff make you feel welcome and absolutely at home. Your first visit ever will feel like a “welcome home” visit. If you’re from the local northern Ohio area, or visiting out of town, this is the one place you don’t want to miss out on!
My wife and friends were walking through Vermilion and decided to stop into the Wine Vault. It was the best decision we ever made while in Vermilion! The bar is cozy and surprisingly quiet given the place was packed. The bartender and owner, Josh, was friendly and took very good care of our party. The food was absolutely delicious!!!!! I would not have expected this caliber of food in a wine bar and the price was very reasonable. Can’t wait to visit again!
What a Hidden Gem what a great place to have some fine dining with great service in a good atmosphere if you haven't been there it's a definite must the food is definitely on point
Worth the visit. Our party of 4, enjoyed our entrees and 1/2 apps. While the lobster bisque was a bit more creamy than we're used to, I'm sure it's a great bisque, just not our preferred taste.
It's a cozy atmosphere, especially for a date night or quick cocktail. The service was great as well. Don't forget to tack on some of the in-house cheesecakes!
With the only exception being a gluten intolerance situation.. The entire experience was great! Josh helped personalize our visit by hand picking a "wine flight" for me. My steak, scallops and risotto were cooked to perfection. The mini cheesecake dessert was like a creamy piece of heaven in the center. A great mother's day celebration.
Best restaurant in NE Ohio! Food is amazing! Wine selection is outstanding! The owners are fantastic! Great atmosphere! And James's hand crafted desserts are unbelievable! Go spend a little more money for an outstanding experience and product! Again, this is by far, my favorite place in Ohio!
The Wine Vault is one of my favorite places to go! The tuna tartare is excellent. Juicy, flavorful and tender fillet. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.
Whenever we are in the area we love visiting The Wine Vault! It never disappoints! The cocktails and the food are delicious! Personally, the pineapple sangria is my favorite. It’s a charming location and the staff is friendly.
