The restaurant serves extremely good food. We've tried different dishes from both the Japanese and the Thai cuisines and not a single one disappointed us. The Japanese sushis are not so traditional as I experienced in Tokyo or Kyoto; however the way they "Americanized" the dishes simply enhanced their flavor and presentation. Kudos to the chef and to the owners.

Great service, great drinks, and food is consistently good. Sushi is always fresh and very inviting. My son's favourite place for Japanese food (he is 12!). Highly recommend it!!
Hands down, the best Sushi/Japanese restaurant in Vero Beach. Service is great. The singer on Tuesday/Friday/Saturday is awesome as well. Give it a try. We did and will not go anywhere else!
Sumo House has great food, wonderful service! We always have a pleasant experience whether we are dining in or carrying out. I highly recommend eating here. Recently we were there on a Friday, and really enjoyed the live music!

Best Japanese sushi I've had since I lived in San Diego!! Very fresh, flavorful & reasonably priced. Awesome ambiance & service, and the Thai ice tea is euphoric!! Thanks for an amazing dinner!!!

Japanese and Thai food and atmosphere, it's so tiny if you block you've missed it. The wait staff were great, friendly and on top of things. The food was just amazing !!! We ha a great experience over all.
Jack and his staff are truly amazing! We used to live here and still only frequent Sumo house as our only sushi restaurant! �

Had Volcano Shrimp , great sauce not as spicy as I would have liked. Wife loved the Teriyaki Chicken. Both meals served with crisp salad with a grear ginger dressing.
Absolutely my favorite place for Sushi and there cooked dishes are well prepared as well. Donnie plays all of my favourite music.
Best sushi restaurant on the US. I miss it. When I lived in Vero Beach I ate there at least 3 times a week. Jack, Joe and the girls were always great. I have not found a good sushi restaurant since I left that has brown rice!! Great job Sumo house!!!!

I love this place. I only order the Dynamite roll & Spider Roll. I’ve ate here at least 3 times and they never disappoint. I call in my order, and it’s always ready when I get there. Even though I am taking it to go, the staff is always very welcoming as if I were dining in. The rolls are huge. I’m always stuffed halfway through and I love that.
Great Thai and Japanese cuisine, Fantastic service, and live entertainment as well. We especially enjoyed the spring rolls and the tempura shrimp and vegetables. Best miso soup I've had. Price of our meals (2 of us) was $42 and included appetisers and drinks.

Always a great lunch.. Small restaurant although they have a whole side i have never seen open.... Great sushi and prices are on point.
Awesome place! I love the scenery, cozy, and the staff is so friendly. The food is delicious, great portion sizes, and the sushi is awesome too. I want to try the fried ice-cream next trip. The picture is fried rice with tofu, spring roll, and I had a ginger salad. Yummy 😋
The Food, people, all are great! Very fresh fish! The cocktails were made perfectly! It is nice to go to a very well run family business that does everything well. Clean kitchen, clean floors, and clean everywhere! We enjoyed our dinner very much! Also, I am Gluten free because of an allergy, and they are very accommodating and knowledgeable and helped me order everything gluten free! We will be going back here soon and often!
Incredible sushi for a fair price and generous cuts of fresh sashimi. The staff is courteous and professional. I wished I lived in the area so I could eat here all of the time.
