Just moved here from Philadelphia, first place my wife and I picked was Off The Rail, the place was great, great customer service, great food, great environment, I ate the loco motive burger, and my wife ate the hungover burger, also we ate the train reck fries they were awesome pulled pork on top of fries omg👍🏼 Highly recommend it. So far I think Vero Beach was a good choice🌴
Although there is plenty of room for improvement, we gave Off the Rails a 5 star rating because their effort to accommodate customers was commendable. The food was good, the server was personable and the prices were competitive. When we first walked in, the place looked stark (no decorations) and the tables were small and the chairs uncomfortable. They also had stools set all along the walls across from counters and such. Had tall tables, too, but we opted to sit at one of the small tables. We ordered burgers, wings and mozzarello sticks.The burgers and fries were homemade and very good. The wings were big and tasty. The sticks were fat, not the skinny ones and the sauce to go with them was tasty. Coupled with the personable server and the fact the place just went under new ownership, any reservations we had quickly diminished. We decided we will absolutely return to Offe the Rails should we have reason to be back in Vero Beach.

Cooked to Perfection, I asked if they could make it spicy and add some buffalo sauce and it was superb!
Their Prices are also Excellent! You won't break the bank and you will receive excellent service.
This restaurant has some new Ownership and their management is through the roof! Business Owners will Greet you and shake your hand! They ensure your food and visit is the best it can be.
First time visit today. Vero's best burger place,in my opinion. Had the Pittsburgh burger. Delicious. Their french fries were delicious as well. Friendly staff. Great waitress. Classy Sportsbar. Go try it out. They don't just have burgers.
This place has unbeatable food and service, we will be returning very soon! I had a loco-motive burger with sweet potato fries and my wife had the hungover burger with roasted parm. drizzle fries (these are insanely good) both were awesome!

I just can't get enough of this place! Easily my new favorite restaurant in Vero! The burgers are amazing, the beer cheese dip is phenomenal and they have this Korean BBQ burger that you won't stop dreaming about!

Off the rail has some of the best burgers and wings I’ve had in Indian River County! And the staff and owners go so far out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied and enjoy a great evening of dining..
Wings were good but the garlic parmesan fries were out of this world. Better than Hurricanes. My wife's burger was incredible also. Very friendly staff and great service. Definitely going back soon.

My boyfriend and I are picky eaters. This place is amazing! Best burgers in Vero! We had the Pullman BBQ sandwich, the Loco-motive burger, a heaping pile of sweet potato fries and pierogies. Everything was perfection. Definitely going back!

Best zucchini fries I've ever had. Enjoyed the off the rail beer. The foot long Italian sausage sandwich was excellent. I had leftovers to take home. The staff was courteous. Will be coming back with friends.
I had a shrimp burger that was to die for and I upgraded my fries to parmesan garlic for an extra $1 more that is a must! Loved,loved, loved the place. I will be back again and again to try all their other burgers, that there were quite a few....The waiter was great as well. Great food and customer service = a good time. And did I mention they serve beer too!
