I love this place, best food in the HD! BEST! Food is great, the service is great! I love how the owner always comes out and has a conversation with my family. I always recommend this restaurant to people who are new to the HD.
What a treasure this place is! The service was outstanding...food was amazing. We will make this on top of our list of favorites from now on.
Amazing service and amazing food! how did we not know about this place? We ordered 4 meals: shrimp enchiladas (full of shrimp - not fillers!), Salmon with chimichurri, Ribs (meat fell off the bones), and chile relleno. All the food had amazing taste. The chips a and salsa was different in a good way (we had 4 bowls of salsa). Try the soup....WOW! My new favorite. The tortillas are homemade, the beans are flavorful (not watered down and no lard), there are two rice options - both great, and the veggies were yummy. They also have vegetarian options!

Is there a way to rate this twice so they can get 10 stars from me? I absolutely love this place! Always gives excellent service and the food is ridiculously delicious! Not only that...I don't think I have ever tried the same soup twice here and they are all so wonderful! I literally just left with my husband and 2 sons and am so happy we went there for lunch...even though my oldest son fell asleep in the booth haha. Love the attentive nature of all the staff!
Great atmosphere, awesome service and some of the best food you can find in the high desert. There are options for everyone from vegan to meat eater. Every meal is perfectly seasoned and thought out. The specials and soups of the day are always amazing too!

If I could give more stars I would. The food, service, and atmosphere is amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated! The food exceeded my expectations with authentic tastes and large proportions, AND came out in a timely manor! Our server Ana was so friendly and attentive. Over all visit was great! We will be back very soon!

The food is to die for. It is homemade by the lovely mom of Paulina. The food is made as it is ordered. So it is not a fast food spot. The salsa, chips, sauces for enchiladas, etc are homemade. Probably the best salsa ever! I am a foodie and would recommend this hands down over other eateries.
First time here, great quality food and you can tell the cooks care about what they serve. Wasn't the best I've ever had but it was good compared to a lot of places I've been. The waiter was really nice and helpful. I'd come back here and try more dishes. Would recommend if you want a peaceful meal that tastes good. Quiet atmosphere and a little hidden spot.

The food was amazing! This small mom and daughter restaurant is one of the best hidden gems in Victorville! I sat next to 3 different families who shared stories of coming to Paulina's for over a decade! Everything is good! I watched Paulina call all of the customers and their kids by name! My ribeye was cooked medium rare (as requested) and the flavor bursts in your mouth! This is also the first time I've ever had fried green beans and man those are a nice surprise! My salad had delicious sunflowers sprinkled on the top with a perfectly complimentary italian dressing. My husband tried their steak & chicken fajitas and he said he enjoyed the bold flavors and his marinated onions were perfect! This was such a great experience and the quality of food is delicious! You're going to love this hidden gem!
This is not your regular Mexican restaurant. I was hoping for tacos and burritos or a combination plate. There wasn't a choice for ordering singles. So with that being said, the food was great. My friend had the enchiladas and another person order the Chicken Mole. The food was great.
On a road trip from Cali to Dallas. Can't get good mole in a Tex-Mex state, just doesn't happen too often. Took a chance here and was pleasantly surprised. The best mole I've had in years!! The service was excellent and even though Covid protocols were in place, it didn't affect a thing. This is definitely on my raod trip target.
Best Mexican food in The High Dessert. New patio seating, excellent service !!10 Stars!! They offer delivery. Glad that they are opened again. The food is great and before the pandemic we were always made to feel welcomed! The garlic toast was regular toast seasoned which really worked out well.
