Loved the food delicious, service great, everything is consistent never have to be concerned if the food cooked properly or if it may not be like the last visit!!! One of my favorite place to get Southern Food!!!!
Great food , good service. Wonderful atmosphere We loved it!!Loved the country store. We spent lots of money on some wonderful items. I was just a little disappointed . We bought an expensive tiffany lamp. The cashier said if it was damaged in anyway we could not return it. Their should be a return policy for expensive items. .... We will return for sure.
We love Cracker Barrel so much, we drove the family all the way from San Diego yesterday to eat breakfast. Cracker Barrel always has the best food and the best service. We just wish there was one closer to North San Diego County.
We just ate there yesterday. The food and service was excellent. I can’t wait to go back. So happy we have a Cracker Barrel here in California.

Food was good, servers were fun people and trainers were very wonderful. We talked to a gal from West Virginia who was the trainer. Since this is the first California CB they were making some changes in procedures. The place was packed full. Some very large groups too. It seemed like all the staff were working together to get everybody taken care of and in a very timely manner. We drove 5 hours just to go to CB to buy my mother two rocking chairs for her cabin deck! Overall great experience for our family. Can't wait for Fresno, CA to get our own Cracker Barrel!!
We're so glad that there's finally a couple locations in Southern California! We wish there was one in Orange County. The store is very fun to shop in... we spend a lot of time in there and always find something to buy! We can't wait until indoor dining is available again, we really enjoy the atmosphere while eating delicious food! The outside dining is well done and we enjoyed eating outside for a change. This time we had the chocolate cake with ice cream and a flavored tea. Everything we've ever eaten here has been very good and we have a hard time not repeating the same order, but we like to try new things. As good as the food and the merchandise are, the best part is the amazing staff... everyone here treats you like family and are very kind and helpful! We look forward to visiting again the next time we're in the area! Thank you for another memorable experience!
We had the pot pie 🥧 and it was good but not great it kind of tased like curry inside and it had to much peas and potatoes 🥔 not the best tasting. The chicken was good and hot and juice and the biscuits were good the corn bread Was dry we also tried the raspberry lemonade which was good it seem like they make it with fresh lemonade. What I didn’t like was that our waitress came and gave us our check and we never saw her again. we were still at the table talking she never came back to see if we needed water or coffee or anything else after she gave us the check. We didn’t even know where she went. Do to everything that’s going on we wanted to go out and enjoy our day. when you go out to eat especially nowadays You would think they would make you feel like coming back again.
Next time I will take more pictures of the inside they have a great looking store with a lot of items for sale. Also they do have outdoor seating and tent ⛺️ for eating outside.
For anyone looking for Grandma's southern cooking oh, stop looking because this is the place. Good wholesome comfort food and great service. The little store inside has old fashioned candy, clothes, and some beautiful artistic home decor. Beware though! You won't be able to leave their little store without buying something. It's all so irresistible!
Outdoor seating and tent seating was available. Didn't wait to be seated was very nice for a Friday night. Ordered the chicken fried chicken. Big portion would be easy to share with extra order of sides. Server was super nice. Absolutely going back.

They do follow the local state health guidelines. So if the state says close again, they close but still offer the takeout option. But currently they are doing sit down service outside and have heaters spaced out around the seating area to keep the High Desert chill out.
The chicken and dumplings are great. Dumplings made the same way my Grandmother made them when I was a child (only difference she used whole pieces of chicken). Service is prompt and friendly. Great gift shop with neat selection of old styles of candy bars etc... Worth the drive from LA.
We ordered to-go since I didn’t feel like cooking tonight. We got the family meal of chicken and dumplings. I will say, I do not like biscuits and am not fond of chicken and dumplings, but their chicken and dumplings were pretty good. I didn’t care for the carrots only because they add brown sugar, but their Mac and cheese was pretty good! We also ordered a side of fried apples which was delicious! This was our first time there, and next time will be trying their breakfast!
