Perfect ambience for a beautiful date. Excellent service provided by MJ! Our main course was the steak and it was delicious. We also tried the Mac and cheese however, it wasn’t as cheesy as we expected, still had good flavor but not our favorite. Drinks were great! We would definitely be coming back!
What a great experience here! The food is amazing, the service was even better. We had Joe as our server & we will be back to see him! He was very knowledgeable about the menu & drinks. He told us as soon as we sat that a 20% gratuity was added on every bill, I thought that was great instead of getting any surprises at the end. Our meals were delicious & management came out to table touch. We were surprised by the chambong that was brought over to us as a gift. What a cool idea!

We came here on a Sunday night. The place looked amazing. We ordered an appetizer and some food, and it was phenomenal. The only setback was that the server was probably overwhelmed. He looked stressed, and we had to wait for him a lot, but it also looked like he had a lot of tables, probably because they didn't have a lot of staff at the momen. Our food took a long time to be served, and the place wasn't even busy. But overall, I will definitely recommend this place to eat and have a different culinary experience.
I recently dined at 28 North Gastropub, and it was an exceptional experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The variety of craft beers and cocktails is impressive. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a great dining and drinks experience in the area.
This place is amazing. The food is next level fresh. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. His drinks were perfect. If you want fresh, amazing food come here NOW!! 😁😁

If you want delicious food, this is the place for you. We went the weekend and not to mention two weeks ago, the food is amazing and the drinks were delicious! Service was wonderful all around. Aubrey our server/bartender was amazing. The first time we went, we ordered the Crab Fritters for the appetizer both times. The Kale Caesar Salad was delicious, get extra dressing. We ordered the Salmon Rockafeller, garlic mashed potato, bacon, spinach, white wine sauce, grilled aspargus. YUMM. The Grilled Steak sandwich grilled sliced steak, arugula, red onion, cheddar, demi baguette, horseradish aioli, so tender.
The weekend we had the Jumbo Lump Crab cakes whole grain mustard sauce and apple frisée salad, made just right and the Bistro Fillet which consisted of steak and grits: pimento grits, grilled broccolini, cajun butter – so delicious, the grits made just right, all delicious. The drinks from the water to the Honey I’m Home, The Margarita and the Tequila Smash were crafted to perfection. Go check them out. 28 N. Gastropub, need a brand ambassador? All was delicious!
This place is great and one of my wife's favorite go to restaurants. You can eat here every month and always have something different, the menu is always chamging. The bar is fantastic! A nice selection of spirits. Everything I've eaten here has been good. Flavors are good on all the dishes I have had. The fries are AMAZING! Some of the most addictive fries i have had here. Crispry and delicious. My one and only complaint however, on the charcuterie board...the beef tartar option, it was not good. Beef tartar is one of my absolute favorite dishes and this was not prepared well. The meat was cut to big and stringy. But there was so much other good food, we bypassed it and moved on to other good delights. I would highly recommend this restaurant for people that like to try new things on a regular and want a break from the chains.
First time here and everything tasted great! Jewel was our server. She was so sweet and helpful. She even told the manager it was our groups first time eating there and at the end the manager brought over complementary champagne to toast for our first visit! Only downside was my friends salmon was kinda burnt (still edible but the top she had to scrap off) and for $40 I thought I would’ve gotten a little more risotto with my shrimp & scallops. Everything was very tasty though and will go back to try other items I saw that caught my eye.
Fantastic American style restaurant with pub. The best cocktail in this town, but a little bit pricey. Recommend get them during happy hour with great discount. Awesome appetizer, never had duck legs in American but they have with grest tasty. Makret priced main entrees are a little bit pricey. Great service. We definitely will back here again.
The first time I went I had Kelly as a waitress, SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AHHHHHHMAZING and has actually tasted most of the menu so she can recommend food choices because in training they are required to Sample
Natalie the manager on that day was wonderful and there was a waitress Garrett who stopped in to check on us and it wasn't even his table! I was so pleased we went THE VERY NEXT WEEKEND FOR BRUNCH THIS TIME BRINGING FRIENDS ALONG!! THEY LOVED IT! Ashley was AHHHHHHMAZING!!! I only think they hire amazing people because each and everyone of them made our time memorable!!!! The food, the atmosphere, the great service all superb!!!! I posted a few pics BEFORE AND AFTER MEALS BECAUSE IT WAS JUST THAT GOOD
Food and service were great. I also loved the atmosphere of the pub “it’s just a fun place”. One turn off was they give you the final bill with a service charge of 20%. Then on the charge slip they make no mention of the service charge and have a spot to add a tip. I've never seen that before and it feels a bit disappointing that a restaurant would do that that. I was recommending the restaurant to someone and they said they wouldn't go back for the same experience I had. They didn't read the itemized bill and left an additional generous tip. They felt cheated. I would hope management reads this and discontinues this practice.
From what we had, 28 North Gastropub was phenomenal. Treigh our waiter is the gold standard when it comes to being customer service. He was extremely friendly and answered all our questions and gave us a whole rundown of the menu including things that were his favorites and things he thought we would like based on our preferences 👍🏽
We had the chicken fried steak fries and the coq au vin chicken, both were amazing. They gave me elevated southern food vibes and it was delicious! Can’t wait to come back and try some other things and thanks again to Treigh for serving us!
North 28 Gastropub it’s a nice modern restaurant. The server told us the menu it’s made from scratch. As a starter, we ordered French Onion Soup; it was so delicious. The Chicken and Waffles were so unique and different! The servers were very attentive and accessible.
I CANNOT believe this place! I’m absolutely floored at how truly amazing 28 North is! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and full of knowledge. They have an incredible happy hour too (do not sleep on happy hour) and amazing deals for said hours. They are a local scratch kitchen that work alongside local farmers to provide some of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted in my life. I’m not usually a dramatic person, but I cannot get enough of this place. Please go with you guy and grab a table, you won’t be disappointed!
This place is on fire. And the server we had was up front about every service detail, including any auto grat and how the bottomless mimosas work.
When you hire Chef Chris, you hire his following too. In my opinion, best thing you ever did. Fantastic Chef.
Tip:
Never take his Risotto off the menu. It's fantastic.
