This experience was a drive threw order on 8/31/21. I arrived in line at 11am. There were four cars ahead of me, 2 in each drive threw ordering line. I placed my order at 11:02am. I arrived and paid for my order at 11:05 am at 11:07am I had my order and was on my way. This drive threw was very fast, thorough and efficient. I ordered a #2a quarter pounder with cheese and asked them to hold the pickle, as I wanted to see if they got the order correct. The drink was a coke, and it was correct and had more coke than ice, which I appreciate. The fries were lightly salted and done just right. The burger was also correct, cooked well and seasoned as it should be. Pros: Fast, Accurate service, food as good as any other McDonald's. Cons: None. This location has fast, and has accurate employees. The food was as good as you would expect from a McDonald's chain. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here to eat again.

My visit was on 5-5-22 around 12:30 p.m. We just had the 2 for 6 Mcnuggets. They were great ! They were crispy and flavorful oh so yummy! They were much better than the Washington,IN McDonald's. I've noticed the Washington, Indiana MCdonalds is the worst quality food I have ever experienced. But this Vincennes Hart Street McDonald's was great. All the staff was wonderful especially Brady, his smile made my day! However there was a older lady that made us feel somewhat a burden. She barely made eye contact and did not greet us. And then when I started to order she seemed to get annoyed and had Brady come over and take my order. It's whatever. Brady and the other employees who served me made up for the rude older lady's demeanor.
