I love their pretzels. But wish a few things that stopped me from giving it 5 stars.
#1: The employees take too much time and ignore you. I get most are young....but still... it's rude. Talk all you want when you don't have customers. Or at least talk while you work and take care of the customers. But if you can't multitask....stop talking to your coworkers and take care of your customers.
#2: I wish that when you order online through Door Dash, it would give you the option to add extra seasoning (sour cream, etc) to your pretzel.
#3: I wish that they would have all their pretzel flavors available as nuggets and buckets. Especially sour cream. Not just a few flavors like they do.
I am NOT an Auntie Anne's lover BUT I must say, we visited this spot on 7/25/17 around 1:00pm. My kids HAD to have a pretzel & frozen lemonade. We got 1/2 way home and my 6yr old realized he left his IPAD on the counter. We were freaking out...we were sure it would be gone when we got back. I called ahead and the 2 employees that were working had found it and put it behind the counter. I can't thank them enough and they were very kind.
Love the variety of flavored pretzels.
