So my to go order was placed at a call center and thanks to Regina here in Vinton, it got corrected and it was great. I love the thin slice pizza they still serve and it's always a good choice !!
They were great. Had some trouble with making sure the correct ingredients were on the pizzas. The only down side was that I had ordered 2 parm. shakers and only got 1. And I didn't get the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks. Over all it was delicious.
A lot of the negative reviews I'm seeing here were posted a year ago or more.. I've got to say something about the relevancy. The employees that work there now (June 2022) are not the same ones that worked there then. They have different drivers, cooks, and management! Not only that, but they are also owned by a different company now too. My suggestion is that everyone give the current Vinton Pizza Hut team a chance, and then come back here and post a more recent and therefore more accurate review of this pizza hut with it's current staff.
Omg... I was blown away from the level of customer service received from cashier. She was a pleasant surprise and also a big help on there app. Pizza pasta and wings were great! Will for sure return...
Quick food delivery. Great service and amazing pizza. Their breadsticks are a personal favorite.
