We visit Mexican restaurants everywhere we go, and Senor Fox is one of THE best! The food is amazing, fresh, and filling, and the service is unreal. These guys are on it! Don’t have to ask for anything! The guacamole is perfect! Just the right amount of everything in it…even the sweet tea is good! Zero negatives. Love, love, love this place!
P.S. The view is a bonus! Wow!
The servers are definitely attentive and friendly, food was good. The drinks are definitely worth it. Plenty of parking, we went during the week midday so it wasn't busy. Worth trying if you love a good margarita.
Food is good and service is great! I got the taco bowl with chicken, and the fresh guacamole which was amazing. Don't sleep on the guacamole lol. I've also had the aqua tacos with chicken which is a great if you're trying to cut calories. The drinks are huge although a bit pricey. I had a Paloma which was cool and refreshing. This place gets very busy at dinner so go late or arrive early.
Went with a large group. Service was fast, and food was delicious. Unfortunately it rained so we could not enjoy the patio . I bet on a nice night sitting outside with a margarita in hand would be the best way to end the day.
I had the taco salad, husband had enchiladas, my daughter had tacos and my son had chicken quesadilla. We had 3 severs almost one after another ask to refill our drinks that weren't even half gone and the drinks were big, also they were 3 dollars each. They bought another thing of chips before we got down the first basket and didn't even ask if we even wanted another one. You could even sit outside and view the lake which was nice. After all that the price was just over 80 dollars from what my husband said which I couldn't believe.
Not my favorite food wise, but the margaritas are amazing!!! The outdoor seating is beautiful since you are right on the water and the staff is exceptional.
We always like this place. It was a little late(9), they closed at 10. But we got 3 thing. Fajitas were good. But service was a little lackluster. Still best Mexican food around though. They are actually adding on to the deck, to be over the water I believe. That will be really cool! They just added soooo much seating outside! It’s amazing!!
First time eating here, I can’t even explain how impressed I am! The service was top notch, absolutely amazing very attentive and professional. The food was delicious! I 100% recommend coming here, very well worth it! Will definitely come back!

Actually 1 st time we've eaten here. My order was wrong, I question the server about what a ordered, and he agreed. 3 min manager came out and I discussed with him I was served the wrong item. He apologized abd offered to fix it new, I declined because of time and what I was eating was delicious. Then the server again apologized. That is how service should, and its because the atmosphere is great and the staff is happy. Also the parking was packed on a Tuesday night, and they got us in right away. Not if restaurant parking are packed, it's usually a great sign why. Best Mexican in VB and we will never go anywhere else.
It was packed and service was insanely fast! The two different salsas hey brought to the table were so unique that my buddy and I both sat just trying to figure out the sweet and the spice to both the red and the white salsa. I had the Pollo Tropical and presentation knocked me out of my seat. Flavor and food quality was perfection. Giant house margaritas were excellent... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Amazingly fast and attentive servers. Great tasting food with a wide variety, all of which is reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend this place.
Our drinks were never empty. The food was delivered within just a few minutes of ordering and all of it met expectations. And the manager stopped by to ask how everything was, which is always a good quality assurance.
Actually ate at there two nights in a row lol and they were both great. Decided on monster margaritas both nights for some reason and they were fantastic! The food was delicious, fresh the restaurant was super clean and the restaurant staff seemed like they were happy so it brought the enjoyment level up quite a bit haha. The place is really awesome next vacation I'm definitely going to come back here thanks you guys!
The food and view were awesome! But one thing I would change, give me a server and stick with that person. We had maybe 5 or more different people come to our table. We had no idea who to tip. And the guy who got our bill was a Jackass. So, it would help your tip if I knew who I was rewarding. I give good tips for good service, but I gotta know who you are.
Exceeded expectations. Service and staff were amazing. Plenty of food and drink choices. Loved the Pollo Fundido, Flautas, Huge portion sizes. Rice and beans were really delicious and loved the texture. I would highly recommend this place if you love Mexican food.

Nice place with amazing atmosphere.
I'm not much into Mexican food, so don't take my thoughts on that matter seriously. Personally, after eating here many times, the only dish I found really good was shrimp taco. All the rest is ehhhh. However, the view and the atmosphere definitely make up for all the shortcomings. Also, the generous portions and the variety of drinks.
In short, if you are in the area, definitely go there.
20+ years and still going strong like day one! This is the best place for authentic Mexican! There is nothing here that isn't good to eat.
One of our favorites when we are on this side of town! The outdoor seating is a must on a beautiful day. The service has always been phenomenally done here, and their white sauce is our favorite! The sour cream enchiladas are my go-to, definitely come here and enjoy!
