I came here tonight and had such a good experience. Mica is truly a rockstar. There were a few people in line and even though she was the only worker on a Saturday night, she made sure to take the time to be polite and professional to everyone. She was quick with the orders but still did everything perfectly. I will definitely be back!
I've driven past Bruster's nearly every day for over 2 years and never once stopped for ice cream despite telling myself I should... well, today was the day, and they did not disappoint.
The line does take longer to get through than you would think, but I was grateful for it because the options are extensive. It took the 10 minutes that I was in line to take in the menu and make a decision. I had the turtle in a waffle cone. The cone is sweet, flaky, and delicious. The ice cream was chocolaty, nutty, and oh-so-satisfying.
I've been looking for an ice cream place to go to when that craving hits, and I've hit the jackpot. I can't wait to go back and try more of their flavors.
Our weekly treat! Hands down our favorite flavors are the Ultimate PB Oreo and Coconut Cream Pie!!!! Please make these weekly. Also, Mica is the ultimate scooper. She is so quick and very friendly. Thank you for a great experience.
What a fun spot to visit! Like a throw back to being a kid, where we pull up to the counter for our favorite treat. Bruster's is a drive up only place, and ice cream is the one thing they do. There are a couple tables to sit outside but it's primarily grab and go. It's located just off the street with plenty of nearby parking, making it perfect for what they do. Staff is friendly and they keep the place spic and span clean. Covid guidelines are followed here. They even have ice cream for dogs! There aren't a lot of places like this in our area, making Bruster's all the more worthwhile to come check out!
Really good ice cream, they got my order wrong, but still good ice cream.
Me and my partner enjoy coming here for the occasional ice cream craving, pricey but well worth it.
Bruster's is definitely the ice cream shop to go to if you are in the area. I believe children under 40 inches get a free ice cream. There is seating available on picnic tables. The line was long, but it moved quickly and was worth it!!
Been our favorite Ice cream shop for years. Went in a couple weeks ago and got 1/2 gallon of the Wife's favorite flavor for her Birthday. Big success. For individual servings the prices are a bit high but in bulk they are quite reasonable. Hope to enjoy this place for many years yet. \
Tons of choices! Really good ice cream and strong flavors. I have been searching for a good cotton candy ice cream since there are no Marble Slab Creameries around. Brusters comes soon close! They only have the cotton candy ice cream with pop rocks, "Cotton Candy Xplosion" and the rocks are cotton candy flavored as well. There was just so many of them. If they served it without the pop rocks, mmmm mmm so good! But the variety of flavors and items is only found at Brusters. A bit on the more expensive side for ice cream, but the servings are sized to match the cost.
Great service and amazing ice cream! The staff is super friendly. However, this location is NOT accepting the BOGO coupons but that's okay. The reason why is maybe because it brings out crowds (which isn't good during a pandemic). They're doing everything they can to give us good service still! Also, the southern banana pudding ice cream is AMAZING and I get it almost every time! Try it!
Love, love, love this location. Today, I ordered a bday cake for my daughter pretty last minute and Bruster’s not only wrote her name but they added flowers, hearts and a little extra designs etc. You could just tell it was made with care. They could have given me a basic, pre-made cake but instead they made it special. Thank you!

Amazing flavors amazing customer service a great place for ice cream
This was a few weeks ago I said this then I went back and witnessed the worst customer service from a young lady with glasses speak to a customer so rudely. The woman came too the window while a bunch of us were in line and she said to the woman that's out prices if you don't like it you don't buy it and closed the window and walked away. We all in the line we like wait what did she just speak to her in such a way. I was horrified and attempted to not purchase anything. It was such total disrespect and rude. And the woman was with either her son or grandson. I did eventually grab some ice cream and the pint I got was full of ice chips. When you have a chain making comments and poor delivery for ice cream it saddens the consumer. They also forgot my husbands order and we had to go back. It really stinks that there is such lack of good service. Guess I was blinded the first time I went there in the beginning of this review.
We absolutely enjoy Bruster's ice cream. I regularly order half gallons to keep at home for the family. My dog has also enjoyed the free ice cream treats. Service continues to be exceptionally friendly and professional. 👍👍👍
I used to come regularly as a kid with my family and visited again this week! The ice cream is still quite delicious and the service was quick and friendly!
Amazing ice cream. One of the best I've ever had. Also loved that they offer three sizes of waffle cones. Most places I've been to only have one size, which is typically too much for me. Looking forward to another visit.
Rylee was super sweet and helpful! She helped me decide what flavor I wanted (I'm super indecisive) she said graham central Station and white chocolate oreo was her favorites so that's what me and my husband got. Both were delicious! I can't wait until they get Key lime pie again 😋
