The atmosphere was rather pleasant and the food was tasty. However I asked for my bacon and tomatoes to be on the side, the bacon was taken off the top and served on the side with cheese and although there was a tomato on the side there was also one on my burger.
The food tasted good each time I went, and the service has always been good. I wish the chain hadn't taken away the rolls as those were a memory and always made me want to go. The restaurant seemed clean except for the salad bar. I was there for over an hour, and the salad utensils were never changed out. When the worker went to refill the salad bar, they did not use gloves nor clean any of the spillage. I would not eat at the salad bar, but the rest of the food was okay.
This particular location was in my path while attending a training class for work. I ordered something quick and, it came out within 12 minutes. The wings were great and the shrimp fondue was amazing. Staff was friendly as well as the customers. First time going but not the last. Stop by and give them a try...
No wait had salad bar which was quite clean and stocked at that time, our waitress Destiny was very pleasant I recleaned our salad plates they didn't stand out to me as clean at least to my standards anway I made us great salads and all was good....NOW overall I could just smell that this place could use a thorough cleaning .
Decent food. Sometimes better than others. Service is good most days.

This Ruby Tuesday is located along Virginia Beach Blvd. at the corner of Constitution Dr. This is in the Town Center area of the city. The place is easily visible from the road. There is ample parking on site as well. The outside of the place looks typical for all Ruby Tuesday locations I have seen. My visit here was on January 1, 2021.
Let's start with Covid-19 protocols. Like most places, masks are required for entry and while not seated at your table. Entry is also not permitted if you exhibit any symptoms related to Covid-19 as well. There is hand sanitizer available as you come in. Only select tables and booths are available to ensure proper social distancing.
We got here around 12:15 pm that day for lunch. We were immediately greeted and seated when we came in. We went around the long way to our table to ensure social distancing. Once seated, Quinn came to the table to introduce herself, give us menus to look over, and asked what we wanted to drink. It had been a while since I had been to a Ruby Tuesday, so it took a little while to look through the menu.
After looking over the menu and the inserts, my mom and I decided to go with the 2 for $22 deal. For the starter, we went with the House Baked Soft Pretzels. For the entrees, we both went with the Classic Cheeseburger. We also added the Garden Salad bar as well.
Once ordered, we were able to go to the Garden Salad Bar. There are protocols in place here as well. It is self-service, but gloves and a new plate are required each time you go there (they are provided there for you). The salad bar is actually pretty big with lots of different options. It turned out to be a really good beginning to lunch. A little bit after eating the salad items, the soft pretzels came out. The queso was a great dip to go along with it as well.
After about 10 minutes, the burgers came out to the table. The burgers were hot and the fries were as well. The burgers were cooked to order and juicy too. It was a really good meal overall for both of us. We were definitely full by the time we left.
Overall, this was a very good visit here. Service was on point and the food was great. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. They also have an e-mail rewards program. If you're in the Town Center area of the city, this place is still worth checking out for a meal.
I treated my husband to dinner for Father's Day 2020. The service and food was very good. The drinks was very good. Because of Covid-19 a reservation is required. We arrived on time and didn't have a long for our meal. Definitely will come back here again.
My husband & I decided to go out for a late lunch and we came here because of the service, drinks and the food. We've been here a couple of times. We're Never disappointed. It wasn't crowded. It was cool and comfortable...a delight. The server ('cousin Dell')was attentive and funny. The food and drinks was A1. I will definitely come back.
My husband treated me to a post Mother's Day dinner and I must say I'm never disappointed when I go to this restaurant. My server(Julie) was a delight. She was attentive from the time we were seated until we left. The food and drinks was on point. It wasn't crowded and this is my Favorite restaurant. I'm making plans to take my husband there for his birthday.
Potato salad isn't good to me Salad bar is great. I did purchase the coconut shrimp u get 5 for 12.99 I thought 6 shrimp for that price at least but they were hot & good

Jami being a mgr. Of a ruby. Tuesdays in it self is an honor. It was not only an honor but a welcomed refreshed feeling to see you all really do care. Thank you. We had a fabulous waitress! Food & drinks were served with a flair. A great experience. I was reluctant at first to dine there after the horrible experience I had at a Ruby Tuesdays in NC. So glad I took the chance!!
Good food with fast and polite service. The salad bar was well stocked and all of the ingredients were fresh. The prices were reasonable.
Decided to go to Ruby Tuesday as my girlfriend and I were tired of the same old places and had both not been in years. Very good choice. The food, the service... the whole experience was great. Our waitress was very attentive and the food came out fast and was delicious. We will definitely be back.
