This place rocks! Customer friendly staff. You order your sandwich and it's done in a couple minutes. Has to be the fastest sandwich shop I've ever been to, and their subs are always delicious. The place is well maintained including the restrooms.

Store was so good I had to make my first review. I don't know who the guy was but his laugh was contagious and brightened my day. The girls working with him were very sweet too. They all were working their tails off and showing amazing teamwork and positive attitudes. The bathroom and store itself were kept very tidy ( not like some of the other Jimmy John's I've been too) and the subs I ordered were spot on with right portions and taste. I think I found my new Jimmy John's spot

I work in the food industry, so I understand everything that goes into preparing the food and how there are sometimes delays and not always the employees fault. I also don't want to make a big deal out of little things, but once the little things are more consistent, it gets a tad bit annoying. I really like Jimmy Johns and I don't have a problem with any of the workers, but they do forget things, especially on delivery orders. First and foremost, the wait time for the delivery drivers can be very long. Second, if I request them to write names of the sandwiches, they sometimes forget to do so. Sometimes I'll order the same sandwich, but how different toppings inside and it can be hard to tell which one is which. Another thing is that they have forgotten to give me my drink a couple of times. The first time, I completely forgot about until the delivery driver left and I was charged the $2 of the large drink and never received it. Granted, I could've just called and had it sent to me, but I didn't have the time and didn't want to make too much of a big deal. However, this has happened frequently, and when I have the time, I will say something, but it shouldn't be something that happens a lot. Just recently, they completely forgot the drink and the guy had to go back to the store to get it. They also forget the straws. Again, not the biggest deal, but this has happened so many times it just gets annoying. I just hope if this review can do anything, it tells the management to make these issues more known, if they weren't aware. I feel weird even writing a review about these little mishaps, but it happens so much now and can make things inconvenient and just pure annoying.

We ordered jimmy John’s tonight and unfortunately one of our sandwiches was wrong upon delivery. I called the store to see if I could get a refund for the sandwich but the manager, Kevin was awesome and offered to make a new sandwich and have delivered. This is what I call great customer service!! Thank you Kevin!

I love Jimmy John's. This location has always been great, this trip especially. Rick took good care of us, made sure our online order was perfect and was happy to be here. Thanks so much.
