The lady was very friendly. The food was well seasoned especially the jerk chicken I had today. If you don't want to spend the meal price my suggestion is come during the lunch special from 1130 to 230 on Mondays to Fridays. You Definately get bang for your buck of $5.99 during that time. No frill
Visiting the area for the weekend and stumbled upon this place while out shopping. My husband and I both loved the food. He had curry goat, rice and peas, sweet potatoes, and plantains. I had the curry chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains. We also had two meat patties that were delicious.
Great location and store smells clean and looks clean and neatly arranged. The menu is nicely displayed and the owner/staff is very pleasant and friendly as is expected from a tropical eatery. The food is great and made fresh. I ordered their Oxtail with rice and peas. Yummy. Got beef patties to
The food is amazing. Goat curry was tasty and not too spicy. Best Jamaican patties I've ever had. You can order ahead and pick up. The owner, Tony, served us and was very proud of his place. He should be! It's so good.
I ordered the curry chicken with white rice. It had a side of fried plantains and cooked cabbage. The curry chicken was full of flavor. It was my first time eating this type of cuisine, and I’m sold. Reasonably priced for what you get. I’ll definitely be back.
I'm from NY so I had very little expectations. HOWEVER it's as close to home as I've tasted in a long time. I've been there 2 times this week and the Curry Chicken/Rice & Peas dinner and beef pattie took me back to BROOKLYN. On my way to taste the MAC & CHEESE.
Had the small jerk chicken meal with rice and peas and island slaw. Good amount of heat in the jerk marinade and it was ready very fast. The employees were very nice when I went to pick up.
I honestly never write reviews, but this place here is truly delicious. I always get oxtails, cabbage & mac n cheese, the owner is so warm & welcoming. The place is really clean, and the prices are outstanding, truly my favorite carribean restaurant

Love, love, love the food! The Jerk chicken is spicy and delicious. Hubby had the oxtails and loved it. Will be back to try the patties soon!
