Great food and great service. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome when I walk in the door. Much better than Subway. Firehouse Subs is my goto sub shop every time.

Great place, great customer service, great subs. I think they are my favorite sub shop.
For what they have done and what they do with proceeds. I wouldn't care if all I got was two slices of steamed bread, pickles and ten+ large cups of the Cherry Lime soda.... Every time we go there they are super, super friendly and so Quick I haven't even gotten my act together !! A couple of times they have helped me carry my stuff to my car!!!!! That in itself is unheard of in this day and age. The first time the girl offered to assist me I honestly thought I had misunderstood her.
So, besides great food they have excellent service and my restaurant at Landstown Crossing in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Have wonderful employees.

This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs. The staff was young but friendly enough. The sub wasn't bad. I got the Italian. Just my personal preference but I think the sub could have been toasted a little longer that way the meat got warm. And a little more meat would have been nice. The prices are on the high side IMO. My granddaughter enjoyed looking at the fire fighter equipment they have displayed throughout. And she loved the potato soup.
Not horrible but I don't think I'd go out of my way to make a return visit based on prices.
One of the main reasons I love Firehouse Subs is because they are major supporters of public safety and law enforcement. Working in law enforcement myself, I always make sure to keep up my appearances at this chain. The staff is always friendly and I love that they make the subs right in front of you. The ingredients are always fresh and I never get sick eating here like I do with Subway.
This is another restaurant that I never have any issues with in ordering. My food is always perfection and they always get it right.
I have three regular subs that I usually order, the main one being their beef & cheddar brisket (pictured). I also love their spicy meatball subs and their turkey bacon ranch. They have so many options, there’s something for everyone with any craving.
Absolutely delicious food! This establishment makes amazing food. Don't waste your time on another sub place.... this is where you need to go!

Absolutely delicious! This was my first time ever eating at a Firehouse Subs and I will definitely be going back!!!! The atmosphere here was not welcoming at all but the food made up for it 😋
The staff working this morning were great, so friendly! I wish I got their names so I could mention them, it was younger girl and two younger guys. The girl was very helpful as this was my first time coming here. my food was awesome and came out so yummy.
I really like this location because of the service. The staff are friendly and quick. My sub also comes out consistently delicious.
The people here are very friendly and positive. They take pride in making their delicious sandwiches visually appealing. The service is swift as well as accurate. I make sure to ring the bell when I receive great customer service to show my appreciation. This is one of my favorite places to get a submarine sandwich.
Not only are the subs exquisite, but the attitudes of the young people working in there was astonishing! The young man who took my order was warm, friendly, and personable. He was very helpful with the family in front of me and I immediately appreciated that! The young lady (I think? She/He was so short i couldn't really see her/him from behind the counter, was right on point! I could see her out of the corner of my eye while I was ordering and as soon as I stated my order, she commenced to making my sandwiches. It is so refreshing to see young people who seem to like their job and do it well. Integrity with a good work ethic! You just don't see that everyday.
I loved the food and the way I was greeted and treated as a guest of Firehouse Subs, Landstown Commons. And I would recommend and encourage everyone to eat here.
We got combo meals for 6 and ordered an hour ahead of time. The food was fresh when we got it even though they seemed pretty busy, and someone helped us figure out how to get our drinks. It was a very good experience and above what I expected!
Went to Firehouse Subs last night for the first time in a long time because of their name promotion (amazing idea by the way) and I was reminded why my husband and I use to love eating there. Not only is the food spectacular, but the service is exceptional. Specifically, Joshua was an amazing example of excellent service with a smile!!! Thank you Joshua for taking so wonderful care of my breadless sandwich! It was amazing and we will be back!
Hubby, son and I visited here for first time after leaving the hospital. This was a great experience! The bread was soft and fresh and the sandwich was delicious 💯 service was 👍🏽 great!
