I'll give this place 4 stars. Idk why they struggle so much with food readiness, but the last three times going here, I've been pulled up to wait for food. The food is always hot. The last time I had a bread tie in my food🤦🏾♀️ (after getting halfway through the sandwich) BUT they remade my food (although I didn't want it) the food was freshly made and they apologized☺️ A simple mistake. The employees are also very nice whenever we have visited.
Sonic has pretty good food for on the go. I don’t go there often but when I do I’m fairly satisfied with my order. I’ve never had any complaints about Sonic’s food or their customer service.
I ordered Chili Cheese Tots. They were fast, hot and delicious. The servers were courteous and friendly.
Update 2 _ so I was in a hurry. So I stopped by. I'm not in town often and don't know how things change. This place has change. Food actually looks good. The staff is super polite and awesome. Ty the gal running the drive through amazing. Thank you and please don't let it slip back to what it was.
update 1_ tried again after a few years. Yeah this place is still terrible. Don't know what they are doing but the buns taste like raw dough. Soaked in grease. Just terrible. Won't be going back.
Original post _Food took to long 20 mins for 3 burgers. Food was cold. They also didn't cook the food as order after they asked what we wanted on it.
Jacob at the drive thru was amazing. Great customer service. I hope he gets the recognition and raise he deserves! 10/10.
The food is decent, but you could tell they were understaffed. There was only one person running orders. He did a great job though!
Food came out very quick and hot! Our car hop attendant was Octavia and she was killin it! Very attentive and sweet!
We stopped for a quick to go option. Burger was a little greasy, but better than other nearby options.
A great place for burgers, hot sandwiches, and drinks that their brand offers. Plenty of options whether you want beef, chicken, or even hot dogs. The prices are comparable to similar items in other fast food chains. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.
