Standard Mexican restaurant. The menu is extremely large and they have almost anything you could want. Highly recommend if you are going to see a movie that you stop by for some good. Drinks felt smaller than some other places I’ve been but were still very good.
WOW!! It’s so so hard to find authentic Mexican food, but man does this place have it!! Fresh made guacamole made in front of you! The friendliest servers. Everything was quick and delicious!!
Everything my family ordered was amazing. The flavors were great. Portions were more than enough. Our server was very personable and had a great personality. The music helped set a great atmosphere. Oh and the margaritas were very potent...glad we didn't get the "monster" size!

I am from Mexico and I was partially raised in South California! I have tried many restaurants with good Mexican food here in Virginia But by far! This one taste more authentic than any other place I have been so far in Virginia. I have been here for 2 years but OmG! I always recommend this place, people at work and people that ask me ( I get asked a lot) so if I had 100 more stars I would! COMIDA BUENÍSIMA! The staff always super nice and quick to serve and the drinks!! Amazing! Def a great place for celebration! Conveniently it’s in front of the AMC theater at the Lynhaven mall! Enjoy and if you feel like I do comment with a star! So we can add to the stars above ⭐️
OMG the food here was delicious. The Texas Home Margarita was amazing, the fajitas were seasoned beautifully, and the Enchiladas Supreme was bomb!!! The wait staff was really nice and fast. The overall ambiance was super cute and clean. I wish we had these in New York.
When we walked in we were immediately greeted warmly and brought to a very nice and super clean table with comfortable seats. We were then serviced so quickly by the sweetest girl I wish I got her name she was so nice and attentive. Drinks were brought out immediately and nachos with sauces the Salsa was so delicious and fresh.The drink and food menus were quite extensive and moderately priced. I ordered ensalada de las Palmas with a side of grilled mushrooms. My son ordered chicken quesadillas. My salad was a lot larger than I anticipated but the grilled chicken and shrimp on top were so flavorful I loved every bite.All the vegetables were so fresh and crunchy and the quesadillas were so yummy. Highly recommend we will be back and I will try their margaritas.Thanks to all the staff for their kindness we enjoyed our dinner there

I actually like this location more than the Hilltop one. Quick and friendly service. Food was great and good lunch specials.

Very clean restaurant, always my first priority. The employees are excellent and extremely attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. One part of my order was not correct so I let the waiter know and he very quickly corrected it without making me feel like a bother and was apologetic. Did not feel rushed even though the place was fairly busy. Ordered a blue agave margarita, it was probably 2-3 times the size of the picture on the menu which was not a bad thing, just unexpected. Drinks for refilled promptly and our table was pre-bussed as we finished food which is a pet peeve of mine when it is not done, so I'm impressed when it is done. It allows the customer's time to chat while everybody finishes their meal without having a bunch of plates and trash sitting around. Overall, it's now added as one of my favorite restaurants (props to my daughter for the suggestion). Not sure if the restaurant is a chain and whether or not the location we visited is visible on the review, but in case it is not it is the Last Palmas 2 Mexican attached to Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach. Look forward to our next visit!!
My first time at the Lynnhaven location! Las Palmas is my favorite Mexican restaurant spot in the area, and i’ve tried just about all of them! They always have the friendliest staff and a great menu selection, but not too much that it’s overwhelming! A go to of mine is the taco salad but I also love the chorizo quesadillas! The mango margarita is my favorite and is a must try🍹
Went here for date night dinner with the hubbie. Order the spicy pineapple margaritas and Tacos Del Piedad. Both were amazing. Portions were great. Had left overs for lunch. Hubbie ordered some smothered burritos and mangonada margarita. He enjoy them both as well. Service was great. Friendly staff. Very clean and inviting. Loved the atmosphere and the warm chips were nice when eating the complimentary chips and salsa. Definitely coming back.
They had the best fajitas that I have ever had. They served a lot on them. The beef was well cooked, as was the shrimp and chicken. The hosts were extremely pleasant and efficient.
Fast, friendly service at an affordable price. I went early for one of the lunch specials, which was very good. Great margaritas, too.

Looks 5 star tastes 4 star. This place has the look, the sound, and the smell of a 5 star place, but overall I think the food and drinks are just average. On this trip I got the Enchiladas Al Queso on special and a Margarita. The chicken in the Enchiladas is like that stringy mexican style chicken which I guess I'm not a big fan of. The best part about the Enchiladas was the cheese sauce, but the rest of it was just bland. The Margarita looks great, but it might as well have been virgin because I didn't taste any tequila in it. I will say the chips and salsa were ok and the chips were warm which was good but they still tasted store bought which is always disappointing. I'll go back, but my expectations aren't that high.
The good was great. They have a large selection of menu items. Beware of portions: pictured is their chicken soup and medium sized margarita. I thought that these were good choices for moderation! I'm not complaining, just a thought.
