The best Latin food in Hampton Roads! Ive had Latin food all over, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Las Vegas, Virginia and this food truck is up there with the best!
I just came room the VA Bch Farmer's market and I got their food to go. It is delicious. I couldn't even warm it up it was so flavorful and delicious. I got a Cubano with the beans a rice along with the chicken Baja empanadas. So worth every dollar
I am a Wedding and Event Planner and I just brought one of my bride's to have a tasting to see if we wanted to use Sofrito's for her wedding and I have to tell you that it was the BEST tasting I have ever had!! My bride is vegan and gluten free but the MOB and myself are not. Cassandra and her staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we had more than enough options and that all three of us would be accommodated! Not only was it some of the BEST food I have ever had but again, I can not say thank you enough for such a wonderful experience!! Sofrito's is hands down my new go to place!! Whether you are a carnivore, vegetarian, vegan, or even gluten free...you will be highly satisfied with all they have to offer! I can't say enough how wonderful and delicious it was!! Thank you again for such an awesome and DELICIOUS experience!!
So delish. Empanada was on point. The rice bowl with pork was full of flavor.

Attended Latino fest in Norfolk tonight. Had the arroz con gondules y pollo. It was fantastic! The pollo empanadas were amazing and the guava pastelitos were great. Looking forward to visiting your food truck in the future.

I recently booked the Sofrito food truck for an employee appreciation event for my company and it was great!! The staff was very organized and friendly as they prepared over 100 lunches to order in a short span of time. The plantains, tacos, empanadas, Cuban sandwiches, and rice bowls were delicious. Thank you so much for helping to make it a great event!!
Pork tacos are to die for and Empanadas are super flavorful.
I love their food. I will drive from Suffolk to any of their locations, if I am able, just to get some empanadas and plantains! And everyone is super friendly!
The food is amazing and the staff is friendly. I love when they come to my job! So good!

OMG Chicken tortilla soup!!!! Everything I have from this food truck blows my mind!! It's so good. If you haven't tried it you are 100% missing out!
