Great food, and great service. The diner is a bit dated but that adds to the diner feel. Will go again to try some more options. If your looking for a good mom and pop diner this is your spot.
Great little spot for diner food. Everything was delicious and the people were fantastic.
First time eating there, had the French Toast combo, sunny side up eggs, sausage Pattie’s & grits. Food was amazing! So good! Everything was hot when I picked it up, the people who work there are so nice & sweet, the customers are amazing too lol. Kinda expensive, my food was $18 & some change but I was full & happy. 10/10 would recommend!
Looooove these types of places. Not so much a hole in the wall but I feel possibly overlooked. I'd driven by Nick's several times swearing to stop in. Today was the day. My little guy and I wanted breakfast and on a Sunday close to noon, all the chain places were packed. Decided to try Nick's as it is close to my office. Small place, friendly staff, cozy homey type of atmosphere. The servings were more than ample servings. The food was also very good and cooked to order. Definitely will be our breakfast spot. Will try them for lunch! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered the meatloaf dinner. Mouth watering. Our waitress treated us as if we were old-time friends. I recommend this place for solid southern comfort food.

Happened to be by this spot and decided to try it out. A very old school place, with lots of choices on the menu. I did country fried steak. Asked for eggs over easy and they cooked them perfectly. Solid food here. The pancakes and waffles looked awesome, so many others had them on their plates. I would go back. Credit card machine was not working and I am glad I had cash on me. Don't always. Give this place a try.
There is nothing better than great home cooking with consistency when it comes to a Diner, this one has it. Yes, it has your northern diner staples and they do them well. My absolute favorite thing that I order every time is the homemade chicken and dumplings. It reminds me of my Gram every time I get the chance to savor this delicious meal. I cannot tell you how many times recently we have left a restaurant with most of our food seating uneaten. Not here every calorie was worth it, in spades. Your stomach will thank you for stopping in for a meal.
I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve become a foodie and love exploring restaurants that cater to my “ refined interest in food”, where eating at restaurants have become a hobby.
But going to Nick’s Diner reminded me that there’s nothing like going to a down home restaurant where the people in it are just plain sweet and kind and friendly from the heart, where eating in the restaurant isn’t about a hobby.
Of course I could’ve gone to one of the new, fancy shmancy restaurants with their luxurious decor or gourmet food choices. But this place reminded me of times in the past when the pace in life was slow and everyone took the time to just enjoy spending time together, to talk, to pause and enjoy the day. Envision going to a restaurant where you’d bump into Andy Griffith. That’s what this place felt like for me: that down home presence.
While I waited for my order to come, I sat and watched, listening to the staff’s
Interaction with the customers who were already enjoying their meal and those who walked in.
Everyone was treated like family. In fact, they even knew the orders of the regulars who walked in. The camaraderie in the air was so uplifting, like friends getting together over comfort foods.
Today, an incident happened outside the restaurant. A motorist had run out of gas and was letting management know why his vehicle was outside.
Before the crew fully knew what was happening, they voiced their concern for the motorist and was willing to help.
I found it heartening that instead of just blowing off the incident and doing what they’re paid to do, which is serve the customers, they were willing to lend a hand. That, I call, is excellent customer service and willing to go above and beyond.
I’m definitely going back. If you’ve never tried it, go. Say hi to the owners: Nick & Fofi. They’ve been at this for 30 plus years. That says something.
By the way, I ordered the French toast. I wasn’t too happy with the cook. He made it so delicious, I ate every single bite. Now I don’t have any leftovers.

Very nice restaurant staff is very friendly have daily specials open early close early convenient location. But I've never been somewhere an ordered omelettes that didn't come with cheese very disappointing and dry. Store was clean fresh juice I had to have a French Toast Casserole not much of a casserole more like a french toast Cinnamon Bun was kind of good but just really thick and not very casserole. Had a great experience would definitely go back and try something else keep up the good work 6 thumbs up four stars
First time at Nick's Diner but will definitely go back. My eggs were cooked perfectly, right amount of butter on my rye toast, coutry fried steak with white pepper gravy cooked to perfection. My waitress was attentive.
I loved the feel of this place. Good home cooking! Staff was very friendly and the food was yummy.
Absolutely amazing! Got take 6 next time, I'll have to go to dine in with my wife. The owner is very friendly along with the rest of the staff.
Please do yourself a favor and visit this place for breakfast/brunch!!!!!!!!
We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in and Trish continued the feeling with her wonderful service and friendly personality! We're visiting from South Carolina so if we come back we will certainly stop in again! Thank you Nick's.. and Trish!!
I'm almost 40 years old and I have been searching my entire adult life for Biscuits & Gravy that are like my Great Grandmother's, and this place has them. Everything here looks and tastes like it is actually home made, not mass produced. Eating breakfast here transported me back to my childhood summers when I would visit my Great Grandparents. No frills, just great food.
Came here for breakfast and food was amazing also the hospitality was great also. They give you good portions also. Definitely always on point
You know when you get something really good, and you crave it everyday for the next week? That's this place. My omelette was cooked perfectly, and they're not afraid to add flavor. The pancakes took me back to childhood. Outstanding. Genuinely sweet staff, too.
