Always a pleasure ordering anything from taco bell. Been a fan since childhood but continue to work out incessantly and only eat there once in awhile. Pork bowls and rice bowls for me until I feel like a cheat day once a month ....

Have been here many times over the years been here frequently later due to working in area. Store is Very convenient location inWalmart shopping center off the main road kind of easy to get into Depending on time of the day.traffic can be a pain and backed up various times of the day. The inside service is excellent the drive-thru through could use a little work service is pretty good but could use some work if I go inside stuff's always right very friendly staff and no confusion with my order or questions about their specials. I love their freezes if you like tacos good place to come for a quick bite at lunch time or if it dinner time. Overall very satisfied with the service and the food quality 2 thumbs up five stars keep up the good work you'll keep my business.
So I found out they have the enchirito back for a limited time. Love these! Delicious, I hope they stay around for a while or get added to the menu permanently. Everything was stocked and clean. Everyone very kind and smiling store was very clean. A customer didn't know how to use the ordering kiosk and someone immediately came out to help them. This is my favorite Taco Bell now. It used to be called "taco slow" back in the day but not anymore! This is the one in front of the Walmart on Lynnhaven.
Food was much better than last time I visited taco bell
Most of the bad reviews here are ridiculous. I've been to every taco bell in VB a dozen times and this is definitely one of the best ones.
Edit: I dunno what changed but this place got even better. The night crew is amazing and the food is fresh and delicious. I can't help but keep coming back.
This would be considered my "home" location for Taco Bell. I go here quite often. Food is Taco Bell, so don't expect the greatest thing you've ever tasted, but it won't be bad. Typical take-out Mexican-American cuisine. Staff at this location is always friendly. This location is usually quite busy because of its location. Sometimes I'll go in and order to-go and beat the drive-thru line.

Who leaves fast food reviews? People who are either really upset or really happy.
Tonight I went to this location because the one near me is under renovation.
My husband and I ordered in the app for drive thru pickup.
The line was LONG. We were in line for 15 minutes, but they moved through cars quickly. The parking lot was busy too. They were clearly slammed.
When we got up to the window and said we had a mobile order, the guy sounded pleasant and happy we'd already ordered. This was a huge positive change from my recent fast food experiences.
When we got to the window for our food, it was ready promptly.
One of the sodas, the new Brisk drink, looked light and upon tasting it didn't seem like it had the right amount of syrup... and really wasn't drinkable. My husband mentioned this to the young lady at the window, who said "it just tastes like that, but you can substitute it...". She said it pleasantly, without annoyance. She heard our problem, and knew it wasn't really her problem, and offered us a solution that was simple and satisfactory.
When we got home, our order was accurate and put together nicely. Nothing was burnt or slopping out of the packaging.
Lately I have had a slew of negative experiences with the service industry. I certainly didn't think my faith in humanity would be restored from a Tuesday night trip to Taco Bell, but here we are! I hope at some point the employees working this shift will read this, and see how far a little kindness can go.
This Taco Bell always gets my orders right. Reliable and easy for the most part.
Today I received the best taco bell food I have ever had not only was my order correct which i believe this location is pretty good 👌 at anyways. The food noticeably had more weight to it. Basically everything was made and Looked how the Pitures or Commercials display them. My wife said the same about her food after she tried hers. :) best Taco Bell ever!!!!
This is the best TB in the area. Always fresh and hot and they have great portions for the price.
This is the best Taco Bell ever. Every time I order, my food is perfect. They have never made the slightest mistake and everything looks just like it does on the menu photos. No matter how busy they are, they are super friendly and conversational. I'm sure they go above and beyond corporates' expectations. Not to say that everyone who works there isn't awesome, but Lexi and Aiden are my favorite. They greet me when I enter the restaurant and tell me goodbye when I leave. They even check on you while you're eating to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. What kind of fast food restaurant gives service like this?? Honestly, only this place. I typically don't bother to do reviews for fast food restaurants, but this is the exception and they are very deserving of it. Best. Taco Bell. Ever.
