It was busy when I went but the customer service always amazing. It was only 2 of them working but they were on go. She acknowledged every guest that came in and was so nice.
There was slower than expected service but overall nothing bad.
Was at Tropical Smoothie on Virginia Beach Blvd today 5/13 there was an employee that was really sweet and kind I believe her name was Sarah really helpful. My food also tasted amazing!
i have always had pleasant experiences here, as the staff is always friendly and efficient, but today stands out for me.
i went out of my comfort zone and tried a new smoothie. but it was too coconut-y for my taste, and when i said as much, they did not hesitate to switch it out for a different one.
on top of that, the buffalo chicken wrap i ordered was the best one i have had to date.
i will definitely go back!
Good food & service overall. Double-check your bag before leaving. A couple of times one of my sides has been left-off. Most recently this happened and the young guy at the counter didn't even apologize. He just grabbed a banana and handed it to me.
Friendly, helpful staff w good, filling food.

Jamie is by far the best Supervisor here. Always smiling when she takes my order. Not only that my smoothies alway taste the best at this location. If it doesn’t they are quick to fix it. Just ask politely and it’s never a problem.
I’ve had some good orders from here before, however, since it near my work (and thus the one most frequented), I’ve also had too many bad orders from here to ignore...
Admittedly, I should just wait and order in store to clarify my order because half of the time when I order via app my customization is ignored.
Normally this wouldn’t bother me. I know people are human and make mistakes. But I always ask for No Banana since I am horribly allergic (gums itch, throat swells up, and in a worst case scenario an asthma attack that can leave me breathless for weeks). As I’m writing I’m already feeling a tightness in my throat from taking one sip of a Blueberry Bliss that taste like it is just Banana and sugar.
Disappointed, but not surprised.
Best Tropical Smoothie location I have ever been to. The employees there are almost like family to me. I come in pretty regularly, and they always ask how I've been. The smoothies are always incredible. My favorites are the sunny day and rockin' raspberry with dark chocolate. The store is always clean, and I get my food very quickly even during lunch rush.
Always an amazing experience! Loved my beach bum white chocolate made by my favorite supervisor Hannah :) always welcomed with a smile and pleased with my food/smoothies. Definitely gonna keep coming back!!
This place is pretty great! Smoothies are amazing, food is delicious, and wait times aren’t usually long. Great service too, particularly from the two girls with blue and red hair. Clean, friendly, good food-Pretty great!
